Chuck Hallberg, an investor without MLM field leader experience, and CEO, took over in Early 2014 replacing Founder Mark McCool. Contrary to the statement provided to us by the Company, this transition was not peaceful.
According to an email to the distributors:

“It is with deep regret that we write to formally inform you of the permanent closure of all LiveSmart 360 & Sora Wellness business operations.

Kevin Thompson – Lessons Learned From The FTC vs Vemma Law Suit

Kevin Thompson, the MLM attrorney, is part of the Vemma’s Legal team, in this write up he shares his knowlege. Stuff to read for corporate executives as for Network Marketing professionals in the USA and those entering the USA market.
This was very interesting to read:

In fact, our guess is that most companies will stand pat and continue to take one of two ignorant approaches. The first is the “that won’t happen to us” approach. The proverbial logic behind this approach goes something like this: the FTC doesn’t pursue many companies; with each passing day, more and more companies invade the industry’s space; therefore, our company won’t be THE COMPANY that serves as the government’s sacrificial lamb.

Kevin Thompson:
“This is Part Two of our series on the Vemma ruling. In Part One of

Chanan Oxenhandler – From Non-believer To Million Dollar Earner

Before being introduced to Ambit Energy Chanan Oxenhandler never met anyone that was successful in the Network Marketing industry.
“I was actually turned off by the entire concept” says Chanan. “I thought that the only way to make money with Network Marketing was to actually sell a product”. Being in the Real Estate industry in NYC for over a decade Chanan wasn’t looking to become a product salesperson.
That all dramatically changed in early October of 2007 when a stranger simply asked him who he pays his electric bill to and if he wants to save money.
“As a courtesy I took the flyer he handed me” Chanan says, and the rest is history. Chanan ended up watching an overview of the Ambit business presentation and immediately saw the HUGE potential of income the
