The energy in Latin America is entirely inimitable than anywhere else in the world. The activities prior to this successful event began on Friday, October 19th, 2018 at TLC’s office in Santiago with the world famous, “Fun Friday” in back-to-back broadcasts (English and Spanish) which were a tremendous success.
TLC’s Corporate staff (including the managers of Latin America) and representatives from Colombia, USA, Ecuador and Paraguay reviewed and shared the latest TLC news of the entire week and of course announcing the deal of the day (a weekly product promotion).
That afternoon, the emotions continued with a welcome party at one of the most exclusive venues in Santiago. Decorated in light colors and a traditional carriage as a frame to take pictures, our guests enjoyed a magical night dancing to the sound of Caribbean rhythms of a live band. The official start of the convention was presented by CEO Jack Fallon, General Manager, Alexandra Serna and COO John Licari.
The Latin Convention began on Saturday, October 20th, 2018 inside, “La Arena del Cibao”, one of the most important venues in Santiago. It was flooded by leaders from Dominican Republic, Colombia, Paraguay, Ecuador, Mexico, Europe and USA. The event began with a spectacular opening.

Julian Alcantara From The Dominican Republic Achieves Diamond Rank With Valentus
by Ted Nuyten • • 0 Comments
Born in the Dominican Republic, Julian Alcantara is Valentus’ first Spanish-speaking Diamond.
After University, and his degree in accounting, he realized very quickly the difference between fixed and variable income. Initially he concentrated on the commercial area and worked as a sales consultant with multinationals with great results.
In 2005, he traveled to Spain in search of a better lifestyle. He started from scratch, as a store assistant and then moved on to work in the commercial area until he became a manager in his last company. In 2010, he completely lost financial control, lost his home, lost his savings and he was finished, totally in debt.
When a friend introduced him to network marketing, Julian knew that this was a business model that met his needs.
“I was broke and willing to go anywhere, but I did not want to return to my country with the feeling of failure. Network marketing was the perfect solution to get out of the quagmire where I was immersed financially and emotionally.
Network marketing gave me back the dream of dreaming.”
Julian commented:
In my first two years in the industry I did not have great results, but they served to teach me and build my belief in the business

23-Year-Old Dominican Becomes Youngest-Ever Total Life Changes National Director
by Nicole Dunkley • • 0 Comments
When it comes to finding success in this life, much is out of the individual’s hands: luck, talent, privilege, connections. But one factor that can sometimes shift the balance is pure hard work.
In 2012, at just 17, Jason Rodriguez was already taking his first shot at working in multi-level marketing (MLM). When that initial experience didn’t work out, he ended up slogging through rough 12 hour days at minimum wage. But unlike many teens, Jason expected more, and was willing to take risks to get there.
The Dominican Republic is a populous country, but in many ways the island is also very small. Jason discovered Total Life Changes when his mother was invited by a family friend to a meeting, and he counts Global Directors and above like José Luna, Julio Lama, Ana Cantera and Stormy Wellington as acquaintances. Once he’d accepted the TLC opportunity, his charmed first week was a harbinger of the success to come.
“My first 48 hours were very surprising given that I’d had no previous success in the industry,” says Jason. “I managed to enroll my first two people to become binary qualified. By my ninth day in the business, I’d become a Director and made a

Dominican Entrepreneur José Herrera Achieves National Director Rank With Total Life Changes

Latin America has become one of TLC’s top emerging markets, and few are more emblematic of that success than José Herrera. Born and raised in the city of Higüey, Dominican Republic, José joined Total Life Changes in June 2015 with no prior experience in network marketing.
A husband and father of four, José dreamed of providing his children Jessica, José Ángel, Jhendry Abigail and Sara Liz with a first-class education so that they would have no limits on their own dreams.
Interestingly, it was actually José’s wife Jhendry who signed up for TLC first, seeking to lose weight and improve her diet by using healthier products. When the couple’s sponsor, Julio Lama, explained the TLC business model to José, he immediately saw more potential to the concept than a few lost pounds.
“I’ve been a successful traditional businessman,” says José, “And I was happy with the level of success I’d achieved. But when I considered TLC’s compensation plan and tried their incredible products, I knew I was onto something much bigger.”
The first 48 hours are traditionally the biggest challenge for new TLC Independent Business Owners (IBOs), but they’re also a way of proving one’s mettle. “It wasn’t easy to make the mental transition
