Kerry Kotas Achieves Black Diamond Rank At The Happy Co.

Kerry Kotas Shares Her Faith and Her Success with The Happy Co.
“Strong faith in the good Lord, hard work, connection and consistency every single day.”
Those, says Kerry Kotas, are the keys to building a successful business. It’s also what allowed the 47-year-old western Nebraska wife and mom to leave her job as a medical aide and work from home full time.
Kerry Kotas became a brand partner with The Happy Co. to help her family and to help others.
“With God’s help, if I can help as many people as I can, my life and my family’s life will be changed as well.”
Kerry and husband, Mike, have six children between the two of them. With family so important to the couple, Kerry wanted to build a business that would keep them financially sound with savings. And, she adds, “being my own boss is a big plus.”
As she’s reached Black Diamond rank with The Happy Co., Kerry says she tries to customize plans and schedules for each individual customer. “Everyone is different,” she explains.
“I always try to follow up and build a strong, trusting relationship with each customer and distributor.”
Kerry works hard to help her team win, and The Happy Co.’s compensation

Candie McHaffie Practices The Three C’s To Achieve Black Diamond Rank with The Happy Co.

Consistency, connection and community. Those are the three C’s to building a successful business, and it’s how Candie McHaffie has achieved her own successes, rising in the ranks of The Happy Co. to Black Diamond.
In May 2022, the 43-year-old Washington state resident retired from her job to become a full-time brand partner.
“I joined the Happy Co. to help support my family financially and to help bring hope to others,” she says. “I knew if the products were half as good as the compensation plan then this is where I need to go and build.”
Candie says she’s worked hard to build a strong community with her team, and everyone is welcome.
“I have put on leadership retreats that everyone is welcome to attend. We have daily coffee talks that anyone can get on and give value, ask questions or share their story.
I also created an onboarding system that is working great with new brand partners so they can get started right away in their business.”
Candie has seen her hard work and consistency paying off financially, too. They paid off husband Danny’s Jeep and are almost done paying off her vehicle.
“We have money in our savings, and we took the whole family

Lisa says.

She wasn’t even a coffee drinker, but when Lisa stumbled across a friend’s Facebook Live, she decided to try them. The effects were immediate. In less than 30 minutes, Lisa felt more like herself.
“I ended up cleaning closets that day, and four-and-a-half years later, these products still work their magic.”

Julie Graham Achieves Black Diamond Rank At The Happy Co.

Julie Graham knows all about owning a business. In 2001, she and her husband, Cody, founded an oil and gas tool manufacturing company, which they sold in 2017.
As an American citizen residing in Canada, the 51-year-old mother of three remains financial administrator of the company she founded, with Cody serving as chief innovation officer.
Still, Julie says, she craved the challenge of running a business again without the full risk of building a startup.
“I needed an outlet to fulfill my passion of being a creator and allowing my creativity to run wild,” she adds.
Going part time with The Happy Co. was a good fit for her.
“I wanted something to brand my way and push myself to grow and develop a business as much as myself.”
Julie had a friendship with a Happy Co. brand partner and watched her story unfold with interest. So in 2017, when The Happy Co. officially began shipping to Canada, Julie placed her first order and joined as a brand partner a month or so later.
“I was blown away by how energized and happy I felt. The products brought me out of social anxiety, slight depression and helped me lose weight. I found happiness, and that helped guide

Jessica Sessums leads a busy life.
“I work full time for a local attorney, am a pastor’s wife, a busy mom to Brannan, 11, and Christopher, 7, and I run my Happy Co. business,”
says the part-time Happy Co. brand partner and Mississippi resident.
When she first joined The Happy Co. in 2018, it was to lose baby weight and help reduce her anxiety. Since then, her family has had to navigate Christopher’s diagnosis of an autoimmune disorder.
“With his diagnosis comes lots of doctors’ appointments, hospital stays, medications and therapies,” she explains.
“And with each of these comes bills. Now my ‘why’ is to help provide financially for my family.”
The most important factor in joining The Happy Co. at first was the products, she says.
“I cannot tell others about something I do not believe in myself.”
Another key in becoming a brand partner was the flexibility to make her own schedule.
“I 100% work my business through social media. I plan my day first thing in the morning. I make sure to follow and connect with people during my breaks and late at night when the kids are in bed.”
That tenacity has paid off as Jessica reached Black Diamond rank. And while her
