Over the last three years over 400,000 people said “Yes” to Solavei, where we helped them save over $120 million from what they had previously paid for their mobile service. We were also able to pay over $35 million to our members for passionately sharing Solavei with those closest to them.
We have seen so many lives touched

Stream Proceeds With Mobile Launch In The Face Of Solavei’s Attempt To Halt Plans

Stream has proceeded with this weekend’s nationwide launch of Mobile Services at its Unleashed event in Las Vegas, in the face of grossly misrepresented and baseless legal allegations by Solavei made public late Friday afternoon.
“We’re thrilled to celebrate the nationwide launch of Mobile Services by Stream with our enthusiastic and committed Associates at Unleashed in Las Vegas.
We started in 2005 with a revolutionary concept, turning on the lights with our network of friends and family, and now our Mobile Services will bring even more people together in markets we haven’t been able to touch before,” said Mark “Bouncer” Schiro, Stream president and CEO.
Stream’s Mobile Services branch offers dependable cellular services within the continental United States. Available service packages provide reliable coverage, fast speeds and the latest technology—all without commitments or contracts. The program’s “Mobile Your Way” structure further allows consumers to take charge of their mobile usage and customize phone and data plans that fit their individual needs.
With the nationwide launch of Mobile Services and Stream’s existing suite of Protective Services, the company and its Associates now have no geographic restrictions within the continental U.S., creating endless opportunities for growth.
Schiro also dismissed the representations appearing in Solavei’s January 23rd press release concerning their judicial proceedings. “The reality is that, for whatever reasons, Solavei showed up

Solavei Sues Stream Energy For Stealing Trade Secrets After Merger Talks

A Dallas District Court judge today blocked Stream Energy from using proprietary technology and information to launch a new mobile phone service after social commerce leader Solavei sued Stream for stealing trade secrets gathered during extensive merger talks.
Seattle-based Solavei sought the injunction to halt Stream and its marketing arm, Ignite, from using trade secrets and other intellectual property in launching a mobile phone service sold through an online direct-marketing platform – exactly the type of social commerce business pioneered and continuously innovated upon by Solavei. Stream’s mobile business was set to launch on Saturday, Jan. 24, 2015, at an event in Las Vegas.
“Without benefit of Solavei’s confidential information and the guidance and explanation provided during due diligence, Defendants could not launch this new business – particularly not in a matter of months,” the lawsuit states.
Solavei provides high-quality, low-cost and contract-free mobile phone service in the United States. The company’s core business strategy combines social media, referral marketing and mobile service.
Stream is a Texas company involved in the direct marketing of retail electric service. Senior Stream executives named in the lawsuit are Chairman Rob Snyder, CEO Mark “Bouncer” Schiro and CFO Renee Hornbaker along with top Stream associates who were bound by specific confidentiality agreements.

Solavei Member Benefits Total Over $120 Million In 2 Years

Solavei, the world’s first social commerce network, announced on its second anniversary that its members have collectively saved $100 million by simply switching from their previous mobile service provider to Solavei, and earned more than $28 million for introducing others to the company’s mobile service and marketplace offerings.

“Solavei is all about our members saving and making money and we’re proud of what we have achieved together,” said Ryan Wuerch, Solavei Founder and CEO. “It’s been an exhilarating, challenging and ultimately, very rewarding two years.  But the best news is this: we’ve just begun to accomplish what we will ultimately achieve with our members.”

Since it was launched September 2012, Solavei has enrolled over 350,000 members through its proprietary social commerce platform. Revenue from sales of its mobile service has exceeded $110 million. Thousands of members have free mobile service and have earned from $500 to over $200,000 of extra income by referring Solavei Mobile Service to their friends and families.
“My family is saving $2,300 each year on mobile service with Solavei, and by sharing Solavei with others, we have earned enough to pay off over $50,000 of debt in the last two years,” said Jose Miranda of Tulsa, OK. “Solavei offers

T-Mobile MVNO Solavei Plans To Launch ‘Phase 2′ On Oct. 1

T-Mobile US MVNO Solavei plans to launch its “phase two” services on Oct. 1, said CEO Ryan Wuerch. He said phase two would include a new compensation scheme, a refined focus on the Hispanic market and new offerings on its Solavei Marketplace program.
Wuerch declined to provide exact details on phase two. He said the new compensation program would be rolled out to current Solavei customers during the next several weeks now and that the company would publicly announce the changes at the beginning of next month.
Although Wuerch declined to provide many details around the company’s plans for the Hispanic market, he said that fully 70 percent of the company’s new customers last month were Hispanic and Solavei is working to entice additional customers in that demographic. As for the company’s Solavei Marketplace, which it launched in September 2013, Wuerch said the company plans to integrate payments and rewards more tightly into the system, and to allow users to easily enter their existing credit cards into the Marketplace in order to more easily receive discounts and rebates.
Solavei launched in 2013 with a $49 per month unlimited voice, text and data plan on T-Mobile’s network. The company designed its service as a referral

Solavei: Reports Of Our Death Are Greatly Exaggerated

Our Business For Home collegue Tina Marie Williams has published an article with as heading Solavei among other mobile network companies mvno coming to an end in USA
It is based on an article in Channel Partners, a leader in providing news and analysis to indirect sales channels serving the communications industry.
We have received an email response from Rick White, Solavei ‘s Head of Legal and Policy, and we think it is fair to publish his comment:
Rick White:
“We were very surprised to read your article, and learn that our company is “collapsing” and “coming to an end.”
In fact, we have signed up thousands new customers this month, paid close to $1 million in compensation to our members this month, and announced several exciting new programs on Monday in a national webcast joined by over ten thousand members from all over the United States.
With all due respect (and with apologies to Mark Twain), your reports of our death are greatly exaggerated.
Your article makes interesting points about the evolution of the mobile phone business, and it’s true that we are taking advantage of the Chapter 11 process to restructure our finances and set us up for continued growth.  But your

Solavei Among Other Mobile Network Companies (MVNO) Coming To An End In US

Are we seeing the end of MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operating) companies? Channel Partners Online believes so. In a recent article they shared why the collapse of Solavei and other companies are happening and will continue to leave the scene:
The MVNO scene in the United States is in the midst of a shakeup, according to reports.
And, frankly, the news doesn’t come as a big shock as the MVNO model – where companies lease network access from a larger wireless operator and then bill, usually without a contract, under their own brands – has come into question. That’s because providers including AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile now offer their own bottom-dollar, no-contract services with the backing of more financial resources than their smaller rivals.
As a result, the following initiatives have come to an end: RadioShack’s Leap Wireless partnership; Spot Mobile’s and Solavei’s offerings, which ran on the T-Mobile network; and Chit Chat Holdings’ service, which relied on Sprint.
First, Fierce Wireless reported last week that RadioShack has put the kibosh on its no-contract product. The once-formidable retailer launched its prepaid service in 2012 but, contrary to most MVNO arrangements, had Leap provide the billing, not just the access.
That partnership came to end after AT&T earlier
