In our database we have around 1,000 direct selling companies from all over the world. We have classified in the past months around 650 of them with an AAA+, AA, A or B grade.
This is based on the information we have about a company with key figures such as revenue, momentum, Alexa ratings, poll results, input from direct selling professionals and top earners and Head Office visits we regular do.
20+ companies have received an AAA+ grade, 100 the AA+ grade, 350 the A+ grade and the others a B grade.
In a couple of weeks the results will be visible together with a lot of extra data in the Business For Home app, available both for Android as iOS. Therefore we recommend to download the app.

TelexFree – Sann Rodriques in Jail

One of the top promoters in TelexFree Inc.’s alleged $3 billion pyramid scheme is being held in a Florida jail on a contempt charge, after failing to return assets including cars and cash that securities regulators had frozen.
Sanderley Rodrigues de Vasconcelos, known more widely as Sann Rodrigues, was arrested in May on visa fraud charges and has been home under electronic surveillance awaiting trial. But he was arrested Thursday and is now in custody in Tampa, according to federal officials.
A judge in the Securities and Exchange Commission’s civil case against Rodrigues in December held him in contempt for violating the terms of his release on bail.
He had been given a deadline of Jan. 15 to return $233,473 transferred out of his bank accounts, as well as proceeds from the sale of a

Vemma Top Earners Might Face Clawbacks

According to an article in the New York Post, Vemma top distributors might face threads of claw backs if the FTC wins the case.

“A former top distributor for Vemma may have to fork over millions of dollars in earnings after regulators accused the energy drink maker of running a pyramid scheme that preyed on college students, legal experts told The Post.
Anthony Powell, a top distributor who left Vemma two months ago, was singled out in a report filed last week detailing the alleged scheme. He was a major player in the multilevel marketing company, which the Federal Trade Commission temporarily halted late last month pending the outcome of a Sept. 15 court hearing.
