Arbonne International Announces New CEO Jen Orlando

Arbonne International, a Delaware public benefit company and a global leader in personal care, nutrition, beauty, and wellness products, announces that Jen Orlando has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer. The announcement follows organizational changes at its parent company, Groupe Rocher.
Her focus will be to continue to strengthen the corporate office and sales field partnership through technology innovation, enhanced communication and increased entrepreneurial education opportunities.

Oriflame Appoints Anna Malmhake As CEO

Oriflame today announces the appointment of Anna Malmhake as its new Chief Executive Officer and President.
Anna will take over the position from Magnus Brännström, who earlier announced his decision to step down after 18 years as its CEO. Anna Malmhake has extensive experience from leadership positions in several global consumer goods companies. She first joined Oriflame as Member of the Board in 2014.
Anna Malmhake holds a Bachelor degree of Social Science, Business and Law from the University of Stockholm. She started her career in 1991 at Procter & Gamble in Sweden and joined the Coca-Cola company in Stockholm in 1996, where she held various marketing positions. She joined Motorola in 2003 with positions in Sweden, London and Chicago.
In 2007 Anna joined the Absolut Company as Global Brand Director, and in 2011 she moved to Dublin to serve as Chairman and CEO of Irish Distillers. Five years later she was appointed Chairman and CEO of The Absolut Company within Pernod Ricard. Nail products maker Jamberry has recently named Elizabeth Thibaudeau as its new CEO, the family-owned enterprise.
Thibaudeau has considerable experience in direct sales, having spent the past 20 years with one of the channel’s leading skincare and nutrition companies.

Warren Buffett Elects His Financial Assistant As Pampered Chef’s New CEO

 
Warren Buffett’s financial assistant, Tracy Britt Cool has been appointed as chief executive officer of The Pampered Chef, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (NYSE:BRK.A) (NYSE:BRK.B). Ms. Cool will start in her new role effective November 1, 2014.
Buffett’s comment on Cool’s appointment

“I couldn’t think of a better leadership duo at the helm of The Pampered Chef.With Tracy’s experience helping Berkshire companies reach their full potential and Doris’ passion for both The Pampered Chef’s consultants and products, I see great things in the company’s future,” said Mr. Buffett in a statement.

Cool has been working as financial assistant to Mr. Buffett at Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (NYSE:BRK.A) (NYSE:BRK.B) for five years. Some of her responsibilities at the conglomerate include conductinginvestment research, analyzing acquisition opportunities and providing advice to subsidiaries in different industries.
