Jen Usher, Vice President & Managing Director for MONAT Australia & New Zealand, was recognized with the Industry Contribution Award for her role in the successful launch of MONAT Australia in 2021 and MONAT New Zealand in 2022.
Nicole Thomas, Operations Manager for MONAT Australia & New Zealand, was recognized with the Rising Star Award for her contributions to the organization’s recent growth and success, including implementation of new systems and procedures, positively impacting inventory management and increasing overall efficiency.
Jess Etcell, MONAT Market Partner, was recognized with the Independent Salesperson of the Year for her climb to becoming one of the highest-ranking leaders in the region.
Additionally, MONAT received the Innovation Award for its Styling Masterclass Series, which leveraged distributors with large social media followings to generate buzz and achieved a 45% increase in styling product sales and a 270% increase in customer enrollments in March 2023.

MONAT Wins Four Gold Stevie Award for Company of the Year

MONAT Global Corp (MONAT), and MONAT Gratitude were honored with a total of four 2022 Stevie Awards.
The American Business Awards are the U.S.A.’s premier business awards program.
Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning “crowned,” the awards will be presented to winners at a gala ceremony at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York on Monday, June 13.
MONAT Global received the following awards:
Gold Stevie: Company of the Year – Retail – Large
Silver Stevie: Minority-Owned Business of the Year
Bronze Stevie: Consumer Products – Other (for MONAT Wellness and Vegan Protein)

MONAT® Global recently announced it has named direct selling industry veteran Lela Russo as vice president of Marketing.
“Lela will play a vital role in supporting our ambitious growth,” said President Stuart MacMillan. “Her experience in our industry will provide valuable insight to support our fast-growing line of products, which will ultimately aid in MONAT’s strategy for continued advancement and success. I’m pleased to welcome Lela to our team.”
In her new role, Russo will create, communicate and deliver value-offerings for MONAT Market Partners, VIP customers and retail customers. She is also be responsible for expanding global brand awareness.

Mr. Luis Urdaneta and MONAT Global Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Alcora Corp. and a U.S. based innovator in the Direct Selling and Hair Care industries, today announced the appointment of Mr. Stuart A. MacMillan as President of the Corporation.
