Vemma Customer Victims – Where Are They?

 
According to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in the USA:
“Defendants (Vemma) are running a global pyramid scheme that has likely victimized hundreds of thousands or millions of consumers”.
We at Business for Home are pretty familar with Vemma since year 2006. We have searched intensive for “hundrerd thousands of Vemma Consumer Victims” however can NOT find them at all.
Not under our 4 -5 million annual visitors, not under our 45,000 Facebook Business page fans….
Massive customer complaints about the products? Sure there would be some, however “Victimized hundreds of thousands or millions of customers?” 
That is a FTC statement which that agency can NOT prove, and is mispresenting the case “Pur Sang”.

The Direct Selling Association – No Backbone When You Are Under Sieg

 
According to the Direct Selling Organisation (DSA) website: “DSA’s services to members are designed to meet the needs of one person critical to the industry’s growth and future success — you — the direct selling executive.
In addition, DSA’s portfolio of services includes offerings to meet the needs of your company, your staff specialists and your people in the field.”
Earlier Avon cancelled their DSA membership and more companies are reviewing their membership.
If there is one case in which the DSA could have been of added value then it is in the Vemma – FTC Case. Earlier DSA President Joe Mariano said:

According to a statement BK Boreyko – CEO Vemma made today on his facebook the Vemma – FTC Case will start on September 15. The Vemma website is back on-line, the affiliate back office is not open.

According to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in the USA, Vemma is an illegal Pyramid Scheme and the company fight in court to this – to be proven –  allegation.
Temporary Vemma was forced to close down operations, the assets are frozen, basically a $200 million company is taken out in an hour by the FTC.

Arbonne Sues eBay Seller For Stolen Product

 
Arbonne International sued a woman this week, who allegedly obtained stolen quantities of a lip treatment product set for debut in September and sold the items last month on eBay.The company’s Los Angeles Superior Court lawsuit names Ena Marquez and alleges trademark infringement, false advertising and theft.
The company is seeking unspecified damages and a court order barring further advertisements and sales of the products by Marquez or anyone else allegedly involved in such unsanctioned transactions.
Marquez could not be immediately reached for comment.
The Arbonne Intelligence Lip Treatment is a concentrated product that “hydrates, volumizes and softens the look of lips,” according to the lawsuit. It is made to “precise specifications” at a facility in Teterboro, N.J., according to the complaint.
As of July no one was authorized to distribute ILT and there was no lawful way

We have a hearing scheduled for September 3rd.
I think we’ll win. Until then, I know you want to do the best for your teams and that’s a sign of great leadership.
I will and have always complied with the court’s order in this matter. I’m the kind of guy that would never violate the terms of that order. If you hear anything different, tell them you talked to me and I said buckle up because there’s great things ahead for Vemma!

Vemma Might Be In Business After 3 September
