ForeverGreen Reports 229% Increase In 2014 Revenues To $58.3 Million

 
ForeverGreen Worldwide Corporation (FVRG), a leading direct marketing company and provider of health-centered products, announced today financial results for the quarter and twelve month period ended December 31, 2014.
Fourth Quarter Financial Highlights

Total revenues increased 184% to $17,796,937, compared to $6,261,517 in the fourth quarter last year.
Gross Profit for the quarter was increased to $14.2 million and Gross Profit Margins increased to 79.6%.
Operating income was $685,341 compared to $83,284 during the quarter in 2014, a 713% increase.
Net income increased to $189,460, or $0.01 EPS, versus $5,788, or $0.00 EPS, in Q42013. The company had a one-time charge of $149,520 for the loss on settlement of claim. Excluding this item, net income was $338,980, or $0.02 per basic and diluted share.
Cash position, including restricted cash increased $291,544 during the quarter to $1,169,971.

Forever Green – FG Xpress Releases Happy Valley

 
As ForeverGreen patiently waited for its time to come, we made a promise to never waver from our identity. Performing random acts of kindness, big or small, has always been at the core of our business model.
Just a few years ago, Ron Williams discovered there was an epidemic in the community in which he lived. Even though youth and young adults were dropping like flies, exceeding the number of car accident deaths, no one was talking about it. Happy Valley became not only a personal community stand for Ron, but for the entire ForeverGreen family.
He immediately enlisted the services of Craig Smith, Dan Barnett, Ally King, and Tomoko Tatematsu, and Happy Valley the movie became a passionate labor of love. Although it was funded by Ron, one hundred percent of proceeds from the film went to help people who wanted to take on their addictive behaviors. 
Ron Williams, Director of Happy Valley said, “Somewhere deep in my soul, I felt that this project would not only help tens of thousands of people, but it would authentically demonstrate who we are at ForeverGreen.”

ForeverGreen Worldwide Anticipates 2015 Full Year Revenue Of $90+ Million, Up 55-70% Over 2014

 
ForeverGreen Worldwide Corporation, a leading direct marketing company and provider of health-centered products, recently announced 2015 guidance. 
“During 2014, we saw a significant jump in revenue and acceptance of our products worldwide. We needed to raise our guidance several times, and we hit nearly all our corporate goals. Next year, we expect our sales growth trends to continue. Our revenue should be in excess of $90 million. We are continuing to see a positive impact on our business from our investment in IT, logistics, inventory and management. We expect operating and net margins to increase as we benefit from economies of scale, pricing leverage and sales growing faster than fixed expenses. For the full year, we anticipate net margins of 4-6%,” said Jack Eldridge, CFO.

ForeverGreen Worldwide Corporation Accelerates Business In India

 
ForeverGreen Worldwide Corporation, a leading direct marketing company and provider of health-centered products, announced a number of ForeverGreen’s management team members traveled to India in November to meet with top leaders and accelerate business in the region. Among ForeverGreen’s leadership were Jack Eldridge, CFO; Joe Jensen, Vice President of Sales; and Bob Mower Steed, President Asia Pacific.
On the first day of the visit, ForeverGreen hosted a fly-in event at the ForeverGreen India’s office in Ahmedbad. Over 350 members attended as well as a number of high profile leaders from other direct marketing companies.
The next few days were dedicated to the Nirankari Wellness Mission event in India’s capital, Delhi. The charitable event is a bi-annual gathering where close to two million people can access free medical care, thousands can eat at an open-air soup kitchen and all can gather to hear Baba Ji, the spiritual leader of one of the largest sects in India.

Jeff Graham has joined ForeverGreen Worldwide Corporation, a leading direct marketing company and provider of health-centered products, as its new President of North American Operations. Graham, an industry veteran, brings a rare abundance of industry knowledge and experience to the position.
Graham’s impressive history in the direct marketing industry began at Nu Skin Enterprises, where he played a key role in product development for nine years. After taking a break from the industry to focus on his own entrepreneurial efforts, Graham introduced acai to MonaVie in 2005, catapulting MonaVie into the spotlight as one of the fastest growing companies in the industry and the world.
During his eight-year tenure at MonaVie, Graham served as the Head of Product Development and later transitioned into the role of President of North America, where he oversaw operations for the company’s two largest markets. “During October 2014, our sales reached an all-time monthly high. Revenues were more than $5.8 million compared to a then record of $2.5 million during October 2013.
