DubLi announced their new compensation plan effective November 1st. Unlike a traditional change in a compensation plan, the new binary plan will be on top of their existing plan, combining two distinct types of compensation plans. Several changes that had left DubLi’s original pay plan in the dark ages is revamping them to a more up-to-date system. These changes are:

DubLi still makes their compensation plan unavailable to the public and it is unclear if a new enrollee can still buy their position as with the previous pay plan. DubLi Responds, Dustin Mitchell Never A Part Of Corporate

DubLi has responded to the recent accusations from Dustin Mitchell :
Similar to other leading network marketing companies, DubLi Inc. and its CEO recently became the target of Dustin Mitchell’s libelous and slanderous attacks.
Mr. Mitchell claims to have served as a senior member of DubLi’s leadership team. He has filed a restraining order against DubLi CEO Michael Hansen, claiming that Mr. Hansen is “stalking” him. He has, on several occasions, attempted to contact several DubLi employees with stories about our position as a public company. He has claimed that the company owes him $12,000. These claims are utterly and demonstrably false.
Contrary to his public posts, Mr. Mitchell has never been a member of DubLi’s corporate staff, much less a member of its management team. Mr. Hansen has never met Mr. Mitchell and has never made any threats against him. While Mr. Mitchell did register to join DubLi, he never made his required payment and has yet to provide documentation or verification of such payment. His online representation of holding a DubLi corporate title as well as his hosting of a variety of social media pages using the company’s corporate names are all in violation of DubLi’s terms and conditions, and constitute a

Restraining Order Filed Against Michael Hansen, CEO Of DubLi

Dustin Mitchell, who states he was the former V.P. of North American Sales Development, has filed a petition for order of protection against Michael Hansen, CEO of DubLi. The judge granted and signed the request today.
The order demands Michael Hansen maintain a distance of at least 5,000 feet from Dustin Mitchell as well as any contact via email, web, or telephone. A demand for reimbursement for medical and legal expenses was also entered into the filing.
Stalking petition was filed for: stalking, coercion, harassment, and threatening acts. The restraining order is also the first step in filing an injuctive relief that could possiby prevent Michael Hansen (a non-US resident) from conducting business in the continental U.S.
A source shares that this is the beginning of many more steps that will be taken against Michael Hansen and DubLi regarding operations of the company. The restraining order is in effect in St. Louis, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Boca Raton. DubLi has an operating office in Florida but Michael Hansen maintains a residence in Europe and Dubai.

Recently the SEC alleges Zhunrize to drive a Pyramid Scheme and the SEC’s argument is “substantially all of Zhunrize revenue has comes from the sale of memberships (referred to as stores)”.
Dubli is a larger MLM with a simular e-commerce program and cashback shopping mall and has been expanding to the USA.

DubLi Leaves Auctions And Goes To Shopping Network: Increases Revenue

DubLi’s financial reportings for the yearly report shows an increase in revenue after leaving the auction program in fiscal 2013. They currently sell premium and V.I.P. member package susbscriptions to online customers.
DubLi is a global network marketing organization with Business Associate representatives in dozens of countries throughout the world. Business Associates can offer a wide variety of products and services to their customers, many of whom are also recruited to become Business Associates themselves.
