As a part of Mannatech’s continued commitment and dedication to providing science-backed nutritional supplements to its worldwide customer base, its Global Scientific Advisory Board (GSAB) serves to support this pledge, while providing their insight and expertise.
To expand upon this promise, Mannatech’s GSAB has elected Dr. Stephen Boyd, B.Sc., M.D., PhD as vice chairman.
In this role, he will work alongside all the other GSAB members to ensure that this body helps enable Mannatech to provide innovative nutritional technology and products that are supported by clinical trials and scientific validation.
Dr. Boyd served as Mannatech’s Medical Director from 1997 to 2011. Throughout his career, Dr. Boyd spent 15 years practicing medicine, with a focus on wellness and health maintenance, and he spent more than 20 years in pharmaceutical and nutritional clinical education and research.
