Randy Schroeder – Kannaway Experiences Meteoric Growth

Randy Schroeder stated:
Those who know the history of my career know that the period of my greatest direct selling success was the period between 1991 and 2001, when I was a part of the leadership structure at Rexall Showcase International.
The meteoric growth we are experiencing in Kannaway is only now causing all past personal success records to fall, one by one.
One of the great keys to that past success was an assembly of leadership which was skilled, varied in style yet completely complimentary of each other. Of special importance was our combined ability to successfully launch and build large organizations in Asia.
How thrilled I am to announce today that two of the integral parts of that leadership structure of the past, have now joined Kannaway to build the future.
These men, Gordon Oswald and Glade Poulsen are two of the best, ever…in our entire industry. I have known Glade since 1977…and Gordon since 1993. We know each other well.
Glade and Gordon, amazingly, have built organisations whose combined sales eclipse $3 Billion. Incredible.
The power of the CBD/end of the prohibition of cannabis plus the Kannaway management group and compensation structure plus long relationships of mutual trust and respect have combined to bring

Paul Jarvis Appointed As Seldia Chairman – The European DSA

Originally, a banker, Paul Jarvis moved into direct sales in 1995 when a client asked him to support the launch of a direct sales company in Russia.
In 2006, Paul decided to pursue an interest in the development sector in East Africa, and in 2012, he participated in the launch of the company Organo Gold, a business selling coffee by direct sales into Europe, which he started in over 20 regional markets.
Since 2016, as COO of the Juice Plus Company, Paul has been leading its EMEA strategy to historical growth.
Paul’s vision for Seldia revolves around three key projects:
Working with the European Commission and other relevant EU stakeholders to ensure a favorable legislative environment for our sector, especially for the social selling model, that protects the direct selling model as a unique model in the digital marketing environment.
Promoting the industry to a younger generation as a viable “uber”esque opportunity with campaigns that demonstrate how our industry is at the forefront of social selling, and addressing the millennial generation expectations regarding work and lifestyle balance.
Harmonizing the national direct selling associations and modernizing their functioning towards digital technologies.
As the newly elected Seldia Chairman, Paul would like to express gratitude to Thomas Stoffmehl, the previous

Valentus – Significant Growth Over The Summer

When I asked John Haremza how business was, he answered that:
“Valentus has seen significant growth over the summer and he believes sales have more than doubled since May”.
Imagine this. A guy from a very small, rural town in Minnesota, with a high school education and a severe learning disability is embarking on a four country European tour to Spain, Denmark, United Kingdom and Kazakhstan.
As John told me.
“Before network marketing I could not have found these countries on a map.  This industry has taken me around the world, but this will be my biggest and longest trip. This trip speaks volumes about the life changing power of network marketing”.
I asked John what he felt made this all possible.  His answer was “focus”.  His focus has been on what’s possible, on critical activities and on timing.
Valentus is on track, growing nicely and our international market is just part of our amazing story.  But, what a part!
Terri Recknor, our Director of International will be meeting me in United Kingdom and coming to Kazakhstan.  We will be doing meetings and spending time from October 25 to November 13 with key leaders in Spain, Denmark, United Kingdom and Kazakhstan.
John stated:
For sure I know that I will

Crypto Currency And Network Marketing Can It Work?

Below article is for once my personal opinion 🙂
In the USA the federal government has a simple answer for Crypto currencies and network marketing: “No way”.
The SEC or FTC will go after any crypto currency opportunity.
However other jurisdictions do not have (yet) such an bold approach.
What has happened in the past with network marketing compensation plan driven crypto currencies?
A group of investors create a coin, appoint a CEO, attract a network marketing professional and they are signing up distributors.
The company get the coin listed on an alt-coin exchange and distributors / investors pump their coins immediately into the exchange and the coin loses its value big time, as its credibility.
Not a great marketing strategy. “Pump and dump” as criticasters call it. Giving the whole concept a black eye.
So the question raises:
If proper executed would it be possible to create an honest, clean, legit, network marketing business opportunity around a crypto currency outside the USA?
What would it need?
In my opinion and after being an guest and independent observer at many crypto launches and having an open mind, at a minimum:

Clean investors and top notch management. If the maffia is behind the project you are doomed.
Transparency, the management team and investors should be known.

Julian Alcantara From The Dominican Republic Achieves Diamond Rank With Valentus

Born in the Dominican Republic, Julian Alcantara is Valentus’ first Spanish-speaking Diamond.
After University, and his degree in accounting, he realized very quickly the difference between fixed and variable income.  Initially he concentrated on the commercial area and worked as a sales consultant with multinationals with great results.
In 2005, he traveled to Spain in search of a better lifestyle. He started from scratch, as a store assistant and then moved on to work in the commercial area until he became a manager in his last company. In 2010, he completely lost financial control, lost his home, lost his savings and he was finished, totally in debt.
When a friend introduced him to network marketing, Julian knew that this was a business model that met his needs.
“I was broke and willing to go anywhere, but I did not want to return to my country with the feeling of failure. Network marketing was the perfect solution to get out of the quagmire where I was immersed financially and emotionally.
Network marketing gave me back the dream of dreaming.”
Julian commented:
In my first two years in the industry I did not have great results, but they served to teach me and build my belief in the business
