Boreyko’s first two start up companies New Vision and Vemma each exceeded $1 billion in career sales and his 3rd venture could be his best work yet.
He will continue to operate Vemma simultaneously with the launch of Bode Pro. A very successful strategy he incorporated with the launch of Vemma while operating New Vision. We are rooting for him.

FTC Press Release: Vemma Agrees To Ban On Pyramid Scheme Practices To Settle FTC Charges

Under a settlement with the Federal Trade Commission, Arizona-based Vemma Nutrition Company will end the business practices that the FTC alleged created a pyramid scheme.
The multi-level marketing (MLM) company, which sells health and wellness drinks through a network of distributors called “affiliates,” will be prohibited under a federal court order from paying an affiliate unless a majority of that affiliate’s revenue comes from sales to real customers rather than other distributors. The order also bars Vemma from making deceptive income claims and unsubstantiated health claims.
“Unfortunately, extravagant income claims and compensation plans that reward recruiting over sales continue to plague the MLM industry,” said Jessica Rich, Director of the FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection.

“MLM companies must ensure that their promotional materials aren’t misleading, and that their compensation programs focus on selling goods

Vemma Sales Up 65%

Vemma has filed his quarterly report to the USA court.
The two big takeaways from this report is that sales since November are up 65% and Vemma would be profitable if it wasn’t for the debt the receiver created for the company.
I have a lot of respect for BK Boreyko, Vemma’s CEO. It is a General who lost 95% of his resources, revenue and troops, is under heavy fire, refuses to surrender and makes progress. “Never quit” is often a slogan in Network Marketing, BK Boreyko deserves the “Never quit” award
Despite the significant operational obstacles, 2,985 new Customers and 25 new Affiliates have joined Vemma since the company restarted its operations on October 8, 2015.
As described in detail in the Corporate Defendants’ Quarterly Report Dated:
The Temporary Receiver’s shutdown of worldwide

USA – FTC vs Network Marketing Industry: Defense Fund Formed

Network Marketing Icon Richard Bliss Brooke has taken the initiative to launch a Defense Fund as the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) attack on Vemma is considered by many as an attack on the Network Marketing industry and the FTC has very deep pockets….
Richard Bliss Brooke:
This letter is an industry wide call to action: a call to arms if you will.
Obviously we all need to take a hard look at our business practices and make the customer the king. But what we need to do right now as well is ensure that Vemma prevails in its case with the FTC on the issues that the FTC has taken the liberty to get totally wrong… like “who should be considered a customer” and due process vs. a police state.
“One of our own” deserves

Vemma Ruling In – Judge Makes Profound Decision

After the Vemma hearing that was held this Tuesday, the judge took his 3 days to make a decision. Essentially, the injunction was granted in part and denied in part.

Tom Alkazin argues that the FTC has not met its burden to show he is liable under the FTC Act for Vemma’s operation of a pyramid scheme, and the Court agrees. Accordingly, the Court denies the FTC’s request for a preliminary injunction against Mr. Alkazin with regard to the operation of an illegal pyramid scheme.
An asset freeze was not warranted by the court due to the fact that the FTC did not provide adequate documentation that Vemma would be deceptive and this would be required.
A receivor has no longer been granted

The Court is mindful that allowing the Corporate Defendants to resume operation of their business and unfreezing associated

Because of that, and along with the importance

In a Facebook statement under the article Where The FTC Went Right — And Where It Went Wrong
Alex Morton’s father Marc Morton weights in on behalf of the family -with below statement- which we publish as Facebook comments some times tend to disappear.
Marc Morton:
“First I need to state that I am the father of Alex Morton so yes I have a biased view of this situation.
Alex and myself visited the home office of Vemma with our sponsor in February of 2011. Alex was a 21 year old Full-Time Junior at Arizona State in the Hugh Downs School of Communication, and a part time Arizona Real Estate Agent leasing homes and condos.
Alex asked me to come check out Vemma after spending several night in the “VerveLounge” at the Phoenix Suns games. His first

Efrain Sarmiento is a veteran in the affiliate marketing industry. With 18 years of experience, the native Colombian has seen affiliate marketing companies come and go in the country, but none has offered an opportunity or a vision like Vemma.

“People claim they have the smartest people or the best-looking people or the best compensation plan,” explains Efrain. “The biggest difference (about Vemma) was meeting Vemma Founder & CEO BK Boreyko. I saw the vision he had, and it was unlike anything I’d ever seen in any other company. He enrolled me in his vision.”
