Eaconomy New Allegations Coming up

On 8 April 2024, we reported about several allegations around Eaconomy with as title Eaconomy Not paying Commissions, Terminating Leaders? A Review 
Today Ronald Naranjo, the former Nr. 3 of Eaconomy published a video about his experience with Eaconomy and founder / CEO Hassan Mahmoud.
Ronald Naranjo stated according to the video:

Nerium International – Nerium Biotechnolgy Shareholders Deny Allegations

 
On 20 February we published court documents (we did not make it up….) in which Jeff Olson – CEO Nerium International is accused of numerous inappropriate transactions by 2 partners / shareholders:
1. Nerium SkinCare (NSC) is a division of Nerium Biotechnology Inc., President is Dennis Knocke.
2. Nerium Biotechnology inc. (NBI) CEO is Dennis Knocke, the company owns 30% of Nerium International.
So there are 3 different Nerium companies, which make the case confusion. Nerium International and NSC/NBI have business disputes with each other that they are addressing in court.
The article got over 100,000 hits and many Nerium network marketing distributors were more than upset.

Judgement Day For Vemma – Exclusive Reporting

 
A hearing was held in Phoenix, Arizona today as the FTC had its showdown with Vemma, a Tempe based nutrition company. The accusations against Vemma by the FTC were that it is an illegal pyramid scheme that rewards affiliates for recruiting participants rather than for selling products, that the defendants provide affiliates little guidance for selling products but instead teach them to give away products as samples when recruiting new participants.
In addition to allegedly running an illegal pyramid scheme, the defendants are charged with making false earnings claims, failing to disclose that Vemma’s structure ensures that most people who join will not earn substantial income, and furnishing affiliates with false and misleading materials to recruit others.

Vemma CEO Responds To Accusations In The Media

 
BK Boreyko, CEO Vemma, reponds to accusations in the media in the next statement to Vemma Elite members:
“Last year, together we accomplished something only 18 out of the thousands of networking companies in the world did – we GREW by $103 million to finish at $221 million! This marked the biggest, most successful company in my career. It just figures when you’re bigger than ever, you’ll receive more negative attention than ever. I don’t understand why success attracts negativity, but it always has and I guess it always will.
The recent media coverage on Vemma has been disappointing. Our strategy to move to affiliate marketing and improve our business model was designed to make our opportunity more attractive. Well, I learned early on to turn my disappointments into determination. I don’t know what fires you up, but hate towards what we do and who we help is my fuel for the future!
