Root Wellness Accused Of Fraud By Top Network Marketing Professionals

Root Wellness stated in their company profile:

Seems that is not the case:
A Top Network Marketing professional *, in good standing stated and accuses the company and founder Clayton Thomas as follow:
1.Investment funds in return of company ownership. We were promised company ownership when we invest money which we did but we got fraudulent operating agreement and never got any certificate of company ownership or anything.
Until today, the money was gone and nothing was received in return. No ownership, no company reports as every owner should have etc., nothing.
They simply took this money and they keep working forward like nothing happened.

Ackman Going After Herbalife… Again

 
Herbalife Ltd. (NYSE:HLF) is back in the spotlight yet again, thanks to Bill Ackman’s firm, Pershing Square Capital Management. This month marks two years since the activist investor publicly announced his short of the nutritional supplements company.
Now his firm accuses Herbalife distributors of “routinely making false, dangerous and illegal medical claims to potential customers.
Pershing Square issued a press release making these new allegations this morning. The firm also posted a video about it on its anti-Herbalife website. The video allegedly shows some distributors of Herbalife’s products violating regulations set forth by the Food and Drug Administration and also an injunction issued in California in 1986. That injunction demanded that Herbalife and its distributors stop making the illegal medical claims immediately.
The firm’s representatives reviewed publicly available video that shows Herbalife Ltd. (NYSE:HLF) executives making medical claims about the company’s products as well for more than 30 years. Pershing Square said the multi-level marketing company can’t deny knowing about this practice because high level executives like CEO Michael Johnson also made allegedly misleading statements.

Vemma CEO Responds To Accusations In The Media

 
BK Boreyko, CEO Vemma, reponds to accusations in the media in the next statement to Vemma Elite members:
“Last year, together we accomplished something only 18 out of the thousands of networking companies in the world did – we GREW by $103 million to finish at $221 million! This marked the biggest, most successful company in my career. It just figures when you’re bigger than ever, you’ll receive more negative attention than ever. I don’t understand why success attracts negativity, but it always has and I guess it always will.
The recent media coverage on Vemma has been disappointing. Our strategy to move to affiliate marketing and improve our business model was designed to make our opportunity more attractive.
