Advocare Moves Into New Location

 
AdvoCare International, LP (AdvoCare), a premier health and wellness company, today announced the opening of its Richardson-based distribution center, located at 2800 Telecom Parkway. The new 260,000-square-foot distribution center will house office space and a warehouse facility, as well as a customer care call center.
This facility expansion generated 79 new jobs for the community. “AdvoCare has seen tremendous growth in recent years and the opening of the AdvoCare Distribution Center will allow us to not only contribute to our local community with more jobs, but provide the best service to our Independent distributors and customers,” said Allison Levy, Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, AdvoCare. 
In total, more than 100 employees will be located at the new AdvoCare Distribution Center, including the Quality Assurance and Control department. The new staff and greater space will also allow AdvoCare to accommodate an additional 1,500 calls per day, providing the best  service to its Independent Distributors and customers nationwide. 
Approximately 150 employees will continue to be based at the company’s corporate headquarters, located at 2801 Summit Avenue in Plano, where the Will Call location will remain. To commemorate the opening, the company held a ribbon cutting ceremony today with City of Richardson officials and Richardson Chamber of Commerce representatives.

WorldVentures Welcomes Hong Kong Field Training Center

 
WorldVentures recently celebrated the grand opening of a field training center in Hong Kong. The new training center will allow Representatives to conduct business presentations as well as training for their teams and potential members.
The facility features three meeting rooms for Reps in Asia to have various resources to expand their businesses while introducing people to the leading international direct seller of vacation club memberships.
“We are delighted to continue to meet the business needs of our Independent Representatives in Asia,” Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer Mike Azcue said. “This training center is proof of the incredible growth our business has experienced over the last nine years. Now, more people will learn about the business opportunity, personal development and fantastic life experiences that WorldVentures offers.”
The grand opening took place on Sunday, October 5, with more than 600 guests in attendance, including WorldVentures leaders, Representatives and members from across Asia. The ceremony included speeches by WorldVentures Vice President, International Kyle Lowe and Director of Regional Sales, Asia Anthony Fong.
The celebration included a ribbon-cutting ceremony, lunch, as well as a traditional lion dance and roast pig celebration. Both activities are customary during a new office opening, symbolizing happiness, good luck and longevity.
