QNET Convention draws 14,500 to Malaysia

 
Prominent Asian Direct Selling Company, QNET’s annual convention V-Malaysia 2015 opened today in the island of Penang in Malaysia to the sound of African and Asian drums amid crowds of lively people in colorful attire.
The sold out convention with a record-breaking 14,500 distributors of QNET from around the world converged at the Subterranean Penang International Conference & Exhibition Centre (SPICE).
V-Malaysia 2015 was officially opened by Penang Chief Minister, Lim Guan Eng with pomp and pageantry that included a parade of men and women adorned in colourful national costumes depicting an array of cultures and traditions from around the globe.
Lim said that QNET has not only brought successful entrepreneurs to Malaysia, but also has raised the profile of Penang by bringing in so much tourism into the island.

ASEA Raises $30000 Towards Nepal Relief Efforts

 
The newly established ASEA Advancing Life Foundation has raised nearly $30000 towards relief efforts in Nepal. In a span of two weeks, approximately $20000 was raised through ASEA associates and an additional $10000 was donated by ASEA Corporate.
ASEA has partnered with CHOICE Humanitarian – ‘The Center for Humanitarian Outreach and Inter-Cultural Exchange’, a strategic non-governmental agency (NGO) currently working in five countries, Kenya, Nepal, Bolivia, Guatemala and Mexico towards ending extreme poverty and improve quality of life through a bottom-up, self-developing village-centered approach.
The ASEA Advancing Life Foundation was launched to mark the fifth anniversary of the direct selling company provides cellular health products to boost the body’s natural cellular renewal. The focus of this foundation is to help children and families in need.

Youngevity Q1 2015 Revenues Increase To $36.8 million

 
Youngevity International, Inc. (OTCQX: YGYI) a global direct marketer of nutritional and lifestyle products and also a vertically-integrated producer of gourmet coffees for the commercial, retail and direct sales channels, today reported financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015.
 
First Quarter 2015 Highlights:

Net Revenue increased 39.4% over the prior year period to $36.8 million;
Gross Profit increased 28.1% to $20.3 million compared to the prior year period;
Adjusted EBITDA was $1.3 million, compared to $1.7 million in the prior year period;
Held annual convention with record attendance;
Entered into two acquisitions during the first quarter.
