Joining Mōdere are Heath Tilley as Senior Vice President of Global Operations, Cammie Taylor as Chief People Officer, and Jeff Hildebrandt as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing. These key appointments reflect Mōdere’s commitment to enhancing its operational, human resources, and marketing capabilities.

Heath Tilley, Senior Vice President of Global Operations, brings over 30 years of end-to-end supply chain experience in fast-moving consumer goods, having worked across the direct-to-consumer, traditional retail, direct selling, and wholesale channels. His global expertise spans multiple industries, including food and beverage, nutrition, personal care and beauty, and consumer durables with leadership roles at Nestlé and Amway Global, where he managed multinational teams generating over $10 billion in sales. His charismatic leadership, technical
