Youngevity Acquires Gigi Hill Brand

Youngevity® International, Inc., (NASDAQ:YGYI), a leading omni-direct lifestyle company, today announced the acquisition of the Gigi Hill Handbag and Accessory Brand.
The company has also entered into a long-term contract with Gabrielle “Gigi” DeSantis, Co-Founder of Gigi Hill, to lead the integration of Gigi Hill handbags and accessories.
Gigi Hill, based in Orange County California and started in 2007, was born out of the need for women to have more stylish, and functional handbags and luggage.  The line will be marketed within Youngevity’s fashion and jewelry verticals where the company believes many strong cross marketing opportunities exist.
Gigi Hill’s new collection is expected to be available in the second quarter of 2018.

Youngevity Hires Dr. Sharmila Chatterjee As Managing Director For Russia And CIS Countries

Youngevity Announces The Opening Of Its Operations In Columbia

Youngevity International, Inc., a leading omni-direct lifestyle company, today announced the opening of its operations in Colombia.
Youngevity has identified Colombia as one of the primary direct selling markets in Latin America.  Youngevity announced that this expansion effort will be spearheaded by Country Manager, Angela Sierra, under the supervision of Susana Azócar, Director of Sales and Operations for Latin America.

Youngevity & CLR Roasters Receives Starbucks C.A.F.E Practices Certification

CLR Roasters, a wholly owned subsidiary of CLR Roasters,a wholly owned subsidiary of Youngevity International, Inc. (NASDAQ: YGYI) and makers of Café La Rica Espresso, “The Official Cafecito of the Miami Marlins,” recently announced that its Siles Plantation Family Group has received certification by C.A.F.E. Practices, a private Standard established by the Starbucks Coffee Company.
C.A.F.E. Practices, which stands for Coffee and Farmer Equity, ensures that Starbucks is sourcing sustainably grown and processed coffee by evaluating the economic, social and environmental aspects of coffee production.
Starbucks partners with SCS Global Services to ensure the quality and integrity of the third –party verification process. CERES, or Certification of Environmental Standards GmbH, an approved verifier of C.A.F.E. Practices, serves as the third party verifier for the certification.

Youngevity Completes Acquisition Of Future Global Vision

Youngevity International, Inc. (NASDAQ: YGYI), a leading omni-direct lifestyle company, today announced it has closed the acquisition of the assets of Future Global Vision.
Youngevity is a Triple A classified opportunity by Business For Home, the top rank.
Future Global Vision was formed in March 2013 by Raul Serrano and his team to help people achieve health and personal growth. They have a strong presence in Mexico and are expected to be helpful in future expansion into Latin America.

Youngevity Accepted As Member Of The Direct Selling Association

Youngevity International, Inc. (NASDAQ: YGYI), a leading omni-direct lifestyle company, today announced it has been accepted as a member of the Direct Selling Association (DSA). The DSA is the national trade association for companies that offer entrepreneurial opportunities to independent sellers to market and sell products and services, typically outside of a fixed retail establishment.
Founded in 1910, the DSA member base includes hundreds of companies, many of them household names, with more than 90 percent being in the network marketing category. DSA member companies are beholden to its Code of Ethics, which is committed to the highest ethical business standards to protect independent sales, representatives, and customers.
Like all member companies, Youngevity was considered a pending applicant for one full year before being approved for membership. The one-year waiting period begins only when all required materials are received and the applicant company is found in compliance with DSA Code of Ethics.
The DSA legal department then conducts a thorough review of each company’s materials, and requests information from various sources, including the Better Business Bureaus and Attorneys General. Youngevity Celebrates Twentieth Year Anniversary

Youngevity International, Inc. (NASDAQ: YGYI), a leading omni-direct lifestyle company,  – a Triple A classified opportunity by Business For Home –  recently commemorated their twentieth year anniversary at their annual convention entitled “Lead the Change”.
The event which began on August 17 and ended August 20 was held in Dallas, TX at the Hyatt Regency Reunion Conference Center.

Youngevity Appoints Luke Taffuri As VP Of International Sales And Operations

Youngevity International, Inc. (NASDAQ: YGYI), a leading omni-direct lifestyle company – a Triple A classified opportunity by Business For Home – , today announced the appointment of Luke Taffuri to its management team as VP of International Sales and Operations.
Mr. Taffuri brings more than 22 years of Direct Selling experience in various positions including Chief Operating Officer at Sorvana International, his prior company, which recently was acquired by Youngevity.

Youngevity Completes Acquisition Of Sorvana

Youngevity International, Inc. (NASDAQ: YGYI), a leading omni-direct lifestyle company, today announced it has closed the acquisition of the assets of Sorvana International.
Youngevity originally announced entering into a definitive agreement with Sorvana on June 19 of this year.
Sorvana International was formed in November of 2016 through the unification of two natural Wellness companies, FreeLife and L’dara.
FreeLife has been in business for 22 years providing natural wellness products predominantly in the United States, Canada, Australia, and Philippines and L’dara, established in 2013, is known for its award winning patented skin care products.
