Rick Jerrells Achieves Blue Diamond Rank At Valentus

In 2005, Rick Jerrells was a top earner in another company and he was building relationships that would shape his future in Valentus.
Rick, Valentus CEO Dave Jordan and Valentus Blue Diamond Korey Johnson were three of the top earners in the company. Rick was impressed with the work ethic of both Dave and Korey, so when Dave asked Rick to join Valentus in 2014, Rick immediately jumped on board.
“I knew Dave had a lot of good connections and he was a great marketer, so I was excited to work with him,” Rick says. But beyond his experience with Dave, Rick’s experience in network marketing had laid a foundation for what he knew to look for in a direct sales company. His No. 1 requirement was simplicity.
“The business needs to be simple when you are running a home-based business,” Rick says.
The sampling program showcases the simplicity. Rodney and Rhonda Allison Achieve Triple Diamond Rank At Valentus

Rodney Allison has been in the jewelry business for decades. Rhonda Allison, in network marketing. Now he’s a licensed real estate agent and she owns a women’s wholesale jewelry business and formerly owned a women’s clothing boutique. Oh, and the pair are newlyweds, too.
Together, power couple Rodney and Rhonda Allison of Lubbock, Texas, are bringing their vast business and sales expertise to Valentus.
The two met online nearly six years ago and were married in March 2016. They joined Valentus in June of that year and reached Diamond status by the end of July 2016. And their network continues to grow, thanks to a laser-like focus.

Melanie Abernathy Earns 4th Pink Cadillac At Mary Kay

If first impressions matter as much as conventional wisdom suggests, Melanie Abernathy knows how to show up in style.
The Mount Holly (North Carolina) woman has been driving around Gaston County for years in pearl-tinted pink Cadillacs. On Tuesday, she and her husband, Jeff, pulled the pink covers off her fourth such machine at McKenney Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC in Lowell.
She then enthusiastically climbed inside the 2018 Cadillac XT5 SUV, stood so she popped out its sunroof, and posed for photos with members of her Mary Kay family.
“It’s just a great perk of doing a good job,” said Abernathy, a senior sales director for Mary Kay who oversees a team of 105 salespeople.
The company cars are rewards for reaching sales goals. Over her 27 years working for Mary Kay, Abernathy has driven 11 different signature pink cars, including BMWs and Pontiacs – all leased by the cosmetics giant.
“I have not had a car payment in 16 years,” Abernathy said.
The Cadillacs, she said, are the “trophy on wheels” of Mary Kay cars. In order to qualify, her team has to sell $34,000 in skincare products for six consecutive months. Every two years, the company reassess.
