The 15 Day Challenge is a movement that TLC established in the fourth quarter of 2021 to promote wellness and improved quality of life. The program is quite simple. We position three synergistic supplements and encourage 30 minutes of intentional movement and proper hydration.
Led by TLC’s corporate executives and dozens of its employees, T15DC has engaged thousands of customers resulting in heart-felt testimonies like these:
“After taking The 15 Day Challenge, I feel amazing. I have lost inches, I have more energy, I’m healthier, and I have more self-confidence with how I feel about myself.”– Rachel Sheron
“Joining The 15 Day Challenge helped me tackle smaller goals in pursuit of larger ones. I was able to become regimented, maintain mental clarity (which is pivotal for me), and still remain active and moving for 30-60 minutes a day!” – Danny M. Colon
Recently, Founder and Chief Vision Officer Jack Fallon and long-time business partner and Chief Operations Officer John Licari decided to take the 15 Day Challenge on the road.
Director of Events Tricia Crawford drafted an agenda and lined up a three-city tour launched in Washington DC on April 23rd, followed by a recent stop in San Antonio, Texas, and ending in Chicago

By doing so, they have harvested a health and wellness community made up of thousands of people all over the world and allowed them to build a brighter future. It is exactly this kind of passion and practice that has helped land TLC in the top 25 direct selling momentum ranks.
Direct selling momentum ranks were determined based on a number of key metrics, such as Facebook ranks, reviews, polls, and more. Momentum happens when a new company or product(s) launches, successful executives and leaders come in, new countries open, and international conventions are held. Let’s take a look at how TLC has created momentum.
What started as a garage start-up ‘99, has lead to the multimillion-dollar global enterprise it is today. With over 15 offices, 200 employees, and more than 85,000 active independent business owners (IBOs) worldwide, TLC has the momentum and is only going to grow from here. In fact, they have most recently launched manufacturing in Australia in order to open up more business worldwide! TLC always stays hungry for

New TLC National Director Gisselle Dominguez Goes From 6,000 Pesos Per Month To $10,000+ US
by Nicole Dunkley • • 0 Comments
Some of the most dramatic TLC success stories have come from the developing world, where widespread poverty and underemployment drives even highly capable young people into low-security jobs with meager wages.
Just a few years ago in 2015, Gisselle Dominguez was barely scraping by while studying medicine. Despite the support of her husband, Giandy Dilone, and a large and close-knit family, Dominguez found herself forced to work a menial job that paid just 6,000 DO pesos per month—equivalent to less than $125 US.
“I didn’t have much time for myself, for my family, or to dedicate a few minutes to God,” Dominguez recalls. Fortunately, her twin Yinnette shared an opportunity that would truly change Gisselle’s life. Yinnette introduced her to Iaso tea, and before long both sisters were dedicated drinkers. Gisselle then inquired about TLC’s business plan, and before long she found herself attending a presentation in Santiago, where she met her sponsor Julio Lama.
Lama, who recently became Latin America’s first male Ambassador, encouraged her to set aside her previous work and dedicate herself to the TLC opportunity.
“I made the decision to join the business on the same day it was presented to me,” she says. “I was going through difficult times

by Nicole Dunkley • • 0 Comments
The energy in Latin America is entirely inimitable than anywhere else in the world. The activities prior to this successful event began on Friday, October 19th, 2018 at TLC’s office in Santiago with the world famous, “Fun Friday” in back-to-back broadcasts (English and Spanish) which were a tremendous success.
TLC’s Corporate staff (including the managers of Latin America) and representatives from Colombia, USA, Ecuador and Paraguay reviewed and shared the latest TLC news of the entire week and of course announcing the deal of the day (a weekly product promotion).
That afternoon, the emotions continued with a welcome party at one of the most exclusive venues in Santiago. Decorated in light colors and a traditional carriage as a frame to take pictures, our guests enjoyed a magical night dancing to the sound of Caribbean rhythms of a live band. The official start of the convention was presented by CEO Jack Fallon, General Manager, Alexandra Serna and COO John Licari.
The Latin Convention began on Saturday, October 20th, 2018 inside, “La Arena del Cibao”, one of the most important venues in Santiago. It was flooded by leaders from Dominican Republic, Colombia, Paraguay, Ecuador, Mexico, Europe and USA. The event began with a spectacular opening.

Julio Lama Becomes TLC’s First Male Latin American Ambassador
by Nicole Dunkley • • 0 Comments
What do you call the architect of an organization of tens of thousands which has generated more than three million USD over the past three years? Dominicano Julio Lama has been referred to by many names over the course of his life, including businessman, engineer, coach, leader and father. But in the Total Life Changes dictionary, there’s only one word that adequately describes his contributions: Ambassador.
This past month Lama became TLC’s first male Latin American Ambassador, the second highest rank an Independent Business Owner can reach under the company’s compensation model. The accomplishment reflects the vast organization Lama has stewarded, with over one hundred affiliates earning between $10,000 and $250,000 per year in a geographical region in which poverty is widespread. Thanks in part to his work, Latin America has rapidly become a cornerstone of TLC’s global operations.
Prior to joining TLC, Lama had already lived an interesting life by any standard, holding numerous postgraduate degrees in a variety of disciplines while serving as father to three beautiful girls he calls his “princesses.” His intellectual curiosity and ambition stood to his credit when he began working with TLC as a sideline in June of 2015, considering network marketing a supplement to

Money + Time: New TLC National Directors Raul and Lillian Juarez
by Nicole Dunkley • • 0 Comments
We often look at success through the prism of income and personal advancement, but there’s a lot more to life than work. Just ask Raul and Lillian Juarez of Sugarland, Texas.
“Why did we take on this new [TLC] opportunity? Well, we had plenty of money from running our own traditional businesses, but we had no time to ourselves. Missing holidays, moments in our children’s lives, the peace of simply being at home… it isn’t easy,” says Raul. “TLC gave us the chance to put that conflict behind us.”
Raul is a former 14-year marine veteran and law enforcement professional who decided to form his own company in 2001. With his wife Lillian, a native of El Salvador, the Juarez family also includes two growing children. Watching them grow has instilled the importance of good health into the couple’s mindset, making them the perfect audience for TLC’s brand philosophy.
In 2015 the couple encountered TLC’s products for the first time, and felt that they had discovered a path to better physical health—and financial health as well. While their original sponsor decided to move on to other endeavors not long after bringing them on board, they soon found themselves part of a winning team.

After things settled down, it was time to get down to business with multiple evening training sessions.
Product Training with Bill Francis and LaKesha Hall. Bill is a third generation organic farmer with a diverse background in sustainable agriculture, landscaping, and horticultural sales. Lakesha has been an RN for over 20 years.

National Director As A Side-Hustle: TLC’s Leigh Robinson
by Nicole Dunkley • • 0 Comments
For many of Total Life Changes’ highest ranking Independent Business Owners (IBOs), the work of running a team and selling the product quickly takes over their professional life, and they soon set their previous career aside. But there are also many IBOs who prefer to keep network marketing as an ancillary source of income. That’s the case with Indiana’s Leigh Robinson, who recently made National Director while continuing to own and operate her own advertising company.
When she was introduced to TLC in September of 2016, she was hardly on the hunt. “I’d known Phillip [Birchfield] a few years back when we were involved in a different MLM company,” she recalls. “We both went different ways from that endeavor, and when he asked me to have a cup of coffee I knew it was another network marketing company. I had already decided I wasn’t going to do it. But he didn’t push me. He just told me how he thought I’d fit into the team he was building and gave me a few product samples.”
She had an instant positive reaction to TLC’s Iaso Tea, Phyte and NRG. “Tennis is my favorite form of exercise and my game has improved significantly,” says

From Migrant Worker to Global Director: TLC’s Christian Prada
by Nicole Dunkley • • 0 Comments
“When I first encountered TLC I’d recently had to leave my home in Colombia without my wife and young daughter to find work,” Christian Prada remembers. “I arrived in the city of Caravaca de la Cruz in Murcia, Spain to work picking fruit. I earned an average of $6 dollars per basket collected.”
Born rand raised in Bucaramanga, Prada grew up in a middle-class family that faced financial problems. Once he’d started a family of his own, working as a migrant seemed like his only option to pay the bills.
“That trip was in April 2015 and that was the moment that Total Life Changes appeared in my life, through an early morning text from my ‘Angel’ Ana Cantera.”
The text from Cantera read as follows: Honey, I’m about to launch something really great for Latin America and we can make history together. I want you to see this video and give me your feedback. Prada calls receiving it the beginning of the best stage of his life so far.
“It was not easy,” he admits. “I was introduced to Network Marketing in 2012, but by the time TLC arrived, I was tired of telling people that I knew we had an opportunity to

No Longer Tired: New TLC National Director Jose Antonio Cuevas’s Journey
by Nicole Dunkley • • 0 Comments
“I have always been an active person,” says Jose Antonio Cuevas, “but over the years I began to feel tired. With my family relying on me, I always did my best, but I felt as though I lacked the strength and courage to do my job.” Like many in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Cuevas worked long hours to keep his head above water, but age and attrition had begun to rob him of vital energy.
“The [TLC] NRG dietary supplement changed all of that for me,” he says. A supplement which purports to raise the user’s energy level by encouraging the body to more quickly metabolize dietary fat, Cuevas quickly became a strong adherent of Iaso® NRG. “Now I am able to keep working all day, and the best part is that when the night comes I no longer feel restless from worry.”
On the basis of his own personal testimonial, Cuevas decided to pursue TLC as a business opportunity. He was introduced to National Director Teuriss Alvarez Santos at a meeting, and she agreed to become his initial sponsor. Cuevas was fortunate to find success within his first critical 48 hours as an Independent Business Operator (IBO). Numerous friends answered his
