Nature’s Sunshine Wins Two Stevie® Awards in the 2025 American Business Awards®

Nature’s Sunshine (NASDAQ: NATR) announced it has been recognized with two prestigious Stevie® Awards in the 23rd Annual American Business Awards®.
Nature’s Sunshine received a Gold Stevie® Award for its 2023 Impact Report, which detailed the Company’s achievements and progress in responsible business practices and sustainability. Additionally, the Company earned a Silver Stevie® Award for Achievement in Product Innovation for its new Chlorophyll Detoxifying Stick Packs.

Tranont Wins Two Stevie® Awards For Sales & Customer Service

Tranont was honored for 2025 with two Bronze Stevie® Awards in the 19th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
Tranont’s Customer Success Department was recognized for the Customer Service Department of the Year – Consumer Products & Services category.
Loni Smith, customer success training manager, also won a Customer Service Training Professional of the Year award.
The 24-member Tranont Customer Success Team supports customers and more than 35,000 Tranont associates worldwide. Over the past year, the team has implemented new training and incentive programs, along with new chat and phone platforms, to better handle customer inquiries. The team also utilized customer feedback initiatives to gather insights and significantly improve its processes.
With the new call system, phone support satisfaction increased to 4.9 out of 5. The team reduced the average handling time to three minutes. Tranont also achieved an A rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

Stevie judges noted the team’s focus on the “three pillars of a successful CX department: TALENT, TECH, and DATA” and how the team showed “excellence in transformation and execution, backed by robust metrics and compelling feedback from both customers and employees.” Including the program’s employee feedback impressed judges because “employee satisfaction correlates with customer success.”

Jeunesse Receives Grand Stevie, Founder Wendy Lewis Collects Gold Stevie For Lifetime Achievement

Jeunesse Global and its Founder and COO Wendy Lewis, were highly honored in the 14th Annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business, taking home a total of eight Stevie Awards, which were presented Nov. 17 at an awards celebration in New York. Jeunesse garnered a Grand Stevie Award — the program’s highest honor — for placing third among the top five award-winners in the competition.
Wendy Lewis was honored for her decades of business success with a Gold Stevie Award for Lifetime Achievement in Business. She also received four Silver Stevies for Female Executive of the Year, Female Entrepreneur of the Year, Women Helping Women and Woman of the Year.
Additionally, the company received the Gold Stevie Award for Community Involvement Program of the Year for its nonprofit foundation Jeunesse Kids, as well as a Silver Stevie award for Company of the Year.
