Vísi has evaluated its Performance Plan closely, looking for ways to more effectively reward its Partners. Through this evaluation, the company discovered opportunities to make sizeable enhancements to Partner compensation, while still maintaining the company’s long term health and sustainability. During this process, the company engaged with a panel of independent compensation plan experts with decades of experience to ensure the most favorable outcome for its Partners.
