Partner.Co Leader Harumi Saito Achieves Chairperson 5 Milestone

After more than two decades in the direct selling industry, Harumi Saito has reached another significant milestone — advancing to the prestigious rank of Chairperson 5 with Partner.Co.
Saito’s journey reflects the evolution of both the industry and her own leadership approach. Over the past 20 years, she has built and guided a thriving organization while adapting to changing markets and business models. According to Saito, the latest advancement came after a renewed sense of momentum within her team.

“The atmosphere came back to life, and that’s what has made me happiest,”

she said.

“It genuinely feels good to say, ‘I’m so glad we went for it.’”

Along the way, Saito credits not only her team but Partner.Co as a whole for helping her get here.

“What helped me overcome any difficulties was refusing to leave questions unanswered,”

she explained.

“I consistently checked in with the staff, called many times and kept working to deepen my understanding of how to be successful and build my business.”

Reflecting on her journey thus far, Saito said that if she had to do it all over again, she would focus on team building and team goal-setting sooner.

Partner.Co’s Yuko Suzuki Advances to Chairperson 7

Partner.Co has announced that Japan Brand Partner Yuko Suzuki has achieved the Title of Chairperson 7.
Suzuki said the moment her new title was confirmed at Partner.Co’s PXP event felt less like a sudden surge of emotion and more like a quiet arrival.

“When my Chairperson 7 Title was confirmed at PXP, it didn’t feel like a big burst of excitement. It felt more like I had quietly arrived at a place I had been moving toward for a long time,”

Suzuki said.
For her, the most meaningful part of the experience was not her own recognition but watching the people around her step into their own milestones.

“More than my own recognition on stage, the time I spent watching my team members recognized from the floor and from the side of the stage felt much more real to me,”

she said.

“The strongest feeling I had was not ‘This is the end,’ but a very calm sense of ‘This is where it really starts.”

Partner.Co Unveils Its Brand-New Wellness Academy

To further enhance the Brand Partner experience, and to involve its Brand Partners even more directly in the product innovation process through true partnership, Partner.Co is proud to announce its new Wellness Academy.
What is the Wellness Academy?
The Wellness Academy is a new, one-year program that brings Brand Partners — known as Fellows in the program — for an intensive course load that focuses on three core areas: product science, compliance and regulatory best practices, and effective communication strategies. 
Led by members of Partner.Co’s Scientific Advisory Board (SAB), Fellows will complete structured, hands-on training, complemented with mentorship, and will graduate to become Alumni — experts in all things Partner.Co who can then take the stage and help educate Brand Partners in their markets and beyond.
What Is the Scientific Advisory Board
Tasked with guiding the Fellows through the program, the SAB is made up of Partner.Co experts in medicine, wellness, nutrition and product science who have established themselves in their fields through decades of rigorous research and work. Partner.Co’s James and Becky Zheng Advance to Chairperson 4

Partner.Co is thrilled to announce that James and Becky Zheng have advanced their Title to Chairperson 4!
 
In what he called one of the most challenging years of their lives, James said he realized earlier in the year that every blessing comes with a test.
Not only were James and Becky learning to be new parents for their now 14-month-old, but they accomplished that while continuing to pursue their business goals, lead their team and actively contribute to building Partner.Co by joining the company’s leadership team live on stage at events around the world.
Getting through the tests of the last year, though, he said, was worth it.
