Herbalife Revenue 2022 Down 10.3% To $5.2. Billion

Herbalife Nutrition Ltd. (NYSE: HLF) today reported financial results for the full year and fourth quarter ended December 31, 2022:
Highlights

Full year 2022 net sales of $5.2 billion, a 10.3% decrease compared to the full year 2021. On a constant currency basis1, net sales declined 5.4% compared to the prior year.

Full year 2022 reported diluted EPS of $3.23 and adjusted2 diluted EPS of $3.40, compared to full year 2021 reported and adjusted2 diluted EPS of $4.13 and $4.79, respectively.

Full year 2022 reported net income of $321.3 million and adjusted2 EBITDA of $694.5 million.

Fourth quarter 2022 net sales of $1.2 billion, a 10.4% decrease compared to the fourth quarter 2021. On a constant currency basis1, net sales declined 4.2% compared to the prior year period.

Fourth quarter 2022 reported diluted EPS of $0.55 and adjusted2 diluted EPS of $0.53, compared to fourth quarter 2021 reported and adjusted2 diluted EPS of $0.37 and $0.57, respectively.

Fourth quarter 2022 reported net income of $54.4 million and adjusted2 EBITDA of $130.7 million.

During the fourth quarter, the Company reduced its nominal debt level by approximately $60 million.

Given the rapidly shifting macroeconomic sentiment and backdrop, as well as increased volatility in the market, the Company is not providing FY 2023 guidance.

USANA Sales 2022 Down 16% To $999 Million

USANA Health Sciences, Inc. announced financial results for its fiscal fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2022.
Key Financial & Operating Results

Fourth quarter net sales were $228 million versus $267 million during the prior-year period.
Fourth quarter diluted EPS was $0.66 as compared with $1.03 during Q4 2021.
Fiscal year 2022 net sales were $999 million as compared with $1,186 million during fiscal year 2021.
Fiscal year 2022 diluted EPS totaled $3.59 versus $5.73 during fiscal year 2021.
Fiscal year 2022 operating cash flow totaled $104 million.
Company reiterates fiscal year 2023 net sales and diluted EPS outlook of $850 million to $950 million and $2.35 to $3.30, respectively.

“Our fourth quarter and full year results were largely in line with our preliminary results announced on January 5, 2023,”
said Kevin Guest, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board.
“During the fourth quarter, total Active Customer counts stabilized in several key markets and increased 3% sequentially. In addition, sales and customer activity in mainland China increased during the final two weeks of the year following the Chinese government’s unanticipated shift in COVID policy. This increase in sales and customer activity was due largely to increased demand for several of our health products in China.”

APLGO Top Leaders Celebrate CEO Sergey Kulikov’s Birthday In Thailand

What is the Golden People? This APLGO special event is held annually to celebrate the birthday of our President and Founder, Sergey Kulikov. Each year, a select group travels to a secret location to celebrate with the President in style.
This year, 30 company leaders arrived at the JW Marriott Hotel in Phuket, Thailand, eagerly anticipating the wonders to come. On the first night, guests raised a toast to Mr. Kulikov at the birthday dinner. Dancing, surprises and nonstop APLause filled the dining room during the festivities.
The second day dawned with even more wonders for the guests: elephants! Party goers enjoyed elephant rides, then swam with the majestic beasts. After a touching show, they were even kissed by a baby elephant.
By midday, everyone wondered what the next surprise would be – and they weren’t disappointed. The guests dined in a sea gypsy village. Then, they met more unique Thai animals – the crab-eating macaque.
