Miche, LLC specializes in hand and shoulder bags based on a system of magnetic interchangeable bag covers and accompanying accessories.
The company was founded in 2005 by Michelle Romero and Annette Cavaness. In 2004, Romero thought of an idea to change the outside of a handbag, without physically changing the bag itself. She created a prototype by taking apart her own bag and revamping it using super glue and scrap fabric.

Reliv Reports Q4 Financial Results For 2015

Reliv International, Inc. (NASDAQ: RELV), a maker of nutritional supplements that promote optimal health, today reported its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2015.
Fourth-Quarter Results
Reliv reported net sales of $12.3 million for the fourth quarter of 2015, compared with net sales of $14.1 million for the fourth quarter of 2014. U.S. net sales decreased by 12.1 percent for the quarter compared with the same quarter in 2014. 
Net sales outside of the United States declined 14.9 percent in the fourth quarter of 2015 compared to the prior-year quarter, with 7.3 percent of that decline due to the impact of foreign currency fluctuation as the result of a stronger U.S. dollar.

Youngevity Files Suit Against Wakaya Perfection

Youngevity International, Corp. (YGYI) filed suit against Wakaya Perfection, LLC, a competing direct network marketing enterprise that began operations in 2016 and individuals involved in aiding and abetting Wakaya in the commission of tortious acts against Youngevity.
The Youngevity Complaint seeks damages and injunctive relief, alleging that Wakaya intentionally interfered with Youngevity’s existing and prospective business relationships, and converted Youngevity’s proprietary business information for use in developing Wakaya’s nascent business.
Wakaya was formed by a small group of former Youngevity distributors and executives who broke from Youngevity in 2015.
