Natura Completes Corporate Streamlining, Reports R$ 6.2 Billion Revenues in Q4 2025

SÃO PAULO, Brazil – Natura (B3: NATU3) today presented its fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results. In a year marked by the final steps of its corporate streamlining process, the Company sharpened its focus on Latin America and achieved strong profitability growth. The recurring EBITDA margin in the region reached 16.1% in 4Q-25. For the full year 2025, recurring profitability was 14.6%, an increase of 130 basis points compared to the previous year.

Natura Announces Agreement to Sell Avon International and Reinforces Focus on Latin America

Natura announced it entered into a binding agreement to sell the Avon International business in Europe, Africa and Asia to Regent. The completion of the transaction is subject to customary conditions, including receipt of required regulatory approvals. Avon Russia is not included in this agreement and remains classified as “held for sale”.
The sale of Avon International does not affect the company’s operations in Latin America, which remain at the core of Natura’s strategic priorities. The intellectual property rights and the management of the Avon brand in Latin America remain under Natura’s control.
By selling these assets, the company moves towards the completion of its corporate simplification cycle, initiated in 2022.

Natura Reports Strong Q2 Growth in All Brands – Revenue Up 13.6% to $3.1 Million

Sao Paolo, Brazil-based Natura & Co, the Brazilian beauty and cosmetics giant, recently reported results from the Q2 ended June 30, 2018. Revenue was up 13.6 percent to R$3.1 million from R$2.729 million in 2017.
Revenue growth was up in every brand: Natura, up 9.8 percent; The Body Shop, up 14.8 percent; and Aesop up 55.2 percent.

Natura Among Final Bidders for L’Oreal’s Body Shop

 
Sao Paolo, Brazil-based direct seller Natura Cosmeticos SA is among the final bidders that L’Oreal SA has chosen for the next round of the auction for The Body Shop, L’Oreal’s lotions and soaps retailer founded by British entrepreneur Anita Roddick in 1976.
Natura joins private equity bidders CVC Capital Partners, Advent International Corp. and Investindustrial Advisors SpA as the firms vying for the company, which L’Oreal bought more than a decade ago in a deal that valued it at 652 million pounds (US$833 million).

Natura Brings Retail Model To Brazil With São Paulo Opening

 
Natura Cosméticos is the leading cosmetics brand in Brazil, but the beauty company is looking to expand its customer base with a brick-and-mortar approach.
At the end of April, the sustainability-minded brand opened a retail store in São Paulo, Brazil, also home to its global headquarters. The store is one of two operated by the $2.4-billion company, which just a year ago added e-commerce to its direct sales model.
Natura opened its first store in Paris eight years ago as part of a multi-channel operation in France.

Natura Cosmetics Grows And Invests In Argentina

 
Brazilian beauty products giant Natura Cosmetics, with 7000 employees and over 1.7 million consultants worldwide, has announced plans to invest in local production to support its new distribution center in Garin and increase order processing capability by 80%.
Erasmo Toledo, vice president of International Operations for Natura, shared this at a press conference to announce the company’s main achievements in the past year, where he stressed that the company’s international operations represent over 19% of its consolidated revenues.

“Natura hopes to close the year with an increase in turnover in the region of around 30% while meeting our goals of sustainability and environmental stewardship. The continued consolidation of our international operations and significant investments in logistics and production will undoubtedly support this growth,” he said.
