Having served with the Company for 10 years in various roles of progressive responsibility, Shane brings an intimate knowledge of the Modere brand—and its historic growth internationally—to his new post as CFO.
Most recently, as Vice President of Finance for the Japan market, Shane was charged primarily with helping to execute the rebranding of the then-largest market and its conversion to the Company’s innovative new Social Retail business model.
Over his decade-long tenure, Shane has traveled to or worked in every Modere foreign office, overseeing financial operations in each market. A licensed CPA with an MBA from the University of Utah, Shane’s impressive credentials and extensive industry background make him an incredible asset to the Company in his new role as CFO during what’s projected to be Modere’s largest growth period.

Measured year-over-year, first quarter revenue growth at Modere increased 37 percent in Australia, 43 percent in North America, and an immense 506 percent in Europe.

Ms. Ishaq has significant experience in skincare and nutritional supplement manufacturing, product development and formulation, across multiple distribution channels.
