Herbalife Revenue 2022 Down 10.3% To $5.2. Billion

Herbalife Nutrition Ltd. (NYSE: HLF) today reported financial results for the full year and fourth quarter ended December 31, 2022:
Highlights

Full year 2022 net sales of $5.2 billion, a 10.3% decrease compared to the full year 2021. On a constant currency basis1, net sales declined 5.4% compared to the prior year.

Full year 2022 reported diluted EPS of $3.23 and adjusted2 diluted EPS of $3.40, compared to full year 2021 reported and adjusted2 diluted EPS of $4.13 and $4.79, respectively.

Full year 2022 reported net income of $321.3 million and adjusted2 EBITDA of $694.5 million.

Fourth quarter 2022 net sales of $1.2 billion, a 10.4% decrease compared to the fourth quarter 2021. On a constant currency basis1, net sales declined 4.2% compared to the prior year period.

Fourth quarter 2022 reported diluted EPS of $0.55 and adjusted2 diluted EPS of $0.53, compared to fourth quarter 2021 reported and adjusted2 diluted EPS of $0.37 and $0.57, respectively.

Fourth quarter 2022 reported net income of $54.4 million and adjusted2 EBITDA of $130.7 million.

During the fourth quarter, the Company reduced its nominal debt level by approximately $60 million.

Given the rapidly shifting macroeconomic sentiment and backdrop, as well as increased volatility in the market, the Company is not providing FY 2023 guidance.

USANA Appoints Jim Brown As CEO

USANA Health Sciences, Inc. USANA Sales 2022 Down 16% To $999 Million

USANA Health Sciences, Inc. announced financial results for its fiscal fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2022.
Key Financial & Operating Results

Fourth quarter net sales were $228 million versus $267 million during the prior-year period.
Fourth quarter diluted EPS was $0.66 as compared with $1.03 during Q4 2021.
Fiscal year 2022 net sales were $999 million as compared with $1,186 million during fiscal year 2021.
Fiscal year 2022 diluted EPS totaled $3.59 versus $5.73 during fiscal year 2021.
Fiscal year 2022 operating cash flow totaled $104 million.
Company reiterates fiscal year 2023 net sales and diluted EPS outlook of $850 million to $950 million and $2.35 to $3.30, respectively.

Natural Health Trends Corp 2022 Revenue Down 18% To $49 Million

Natural Health Trends Corp. (NASDAQ: NHTC), a leading direct-selling and e-commerce company that markets premium quality personal care, wellness and “quality of life” products under the NHT Global brand, announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2022.
Fourth Quarter 2022 Financial Highlights

Revenue of $12.5 million increased 7% compared to $11.7 million in the third quarter of 2022 and decreased 22% compared to $16.1 million in the fourth quarter of 2021.
Operating income was $43,000 compared to operating loss of $145,000 in the third quarter of 2022 and operating income of $487,000 million in the fourth quarter of 2021.
Net income was $188,000, or $0.02 per diluted share, compared to $47,000, or breakeven per diluted share, in the third quarter of 2022 and $232,000, or $0.02 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of 2021.
The number of Active Members1 were down 6% to 38,660 at December 31, 2022, compared to 41,170 at September 30, 2022, and decreased 12% compared to 45,760 at December 31, 2021.

*Natural Health Trends defines Active Members as those that have placed at least one product order with the Company during the preceding twelve-month period.
