Greenway Global hosted an exceptional pre-opening event in Istanbul, Turkey, on October 14, 2025, bringing together over 400 participants from across the country, as well as several guests from Europe.

Nature’s Sunshine Reports Strong Third Quarter 2025 Results

Net Sales up 12% to $128.3 Million, GAAP EPS up 30% to $0.30
Adjusted EBITDA up 42% to $15.2 Million

Nature’s Sunshine Products, Inc. (Nasdaq: NATR) (“Nature’s Sunshine”), a leading manufacturer of high-quality herbal and nutritional supplements, reported financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025.
Third Quarter 2025 Financial Summary vs. Same Year-Ago Quarter

Net sales were up 12% to $128.3 million compared to $114.6 million (up 10% in constant currency).
Gross profit margin increased 200 basis points to 73.3% compared to 71.3%.
GAAP net income attributable to common shareholders was $5.3 million, or $0.30 per diluted common share, compared to $4.3 million, or $0.23 per diluted common share.
Adjusted EBITDA was up 42% to $15.2 million compared to $10.7 million.

“The momentum in our business continued to accelerate in the third quarter, with record net sales of $128 million and adjusted EBITDA of $15 million, representing year-over-year growth of 12% and 42%, respectively,”
said Shane Jones, CFO of Nature’s Sunshine.
“Our strategic investments in North America Digital continue to pay off, as a surge in new customers, coupled with strong retention, yielded a 52% year-over-year increase in Digital sales.

CAF and QNET renew partnership for 2025/26 season of the CAF Interclub Competitions

The Confédération Africaine de Football (CAF) and QNET, a global lifestyle and wellness company, have renewed their partnership for the 2025/2026 CAF Interclub Football Season for the TotalEnergies CAF Champions League, TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup, and the TotalEnergies CAF Super Cup.
The agreement was signed in Casablanca, Morocco, on Monday, 03 November by CAF General Secretary, Véron Mosengo-Omba, and Cherif Bassirou Abdoulayede, Regional General Manager, QNET Sub-Saharan Africa.
As part of the renewed agreement, CAF and QNET will expand fan engagement and community-driven programmes that link the excitement of elite football with grassroots development, strengthening the foundations of the sport and ensuring its sustainable growth across Africa.
QNET has been an Official Sponsor of CAF’s Club competitions, including the TotalEnergies CAF Champions League, TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup and the TotalEnergies CAF Super Cup, since 2018.

Herbalife Unveils New Research & Development Facility at Ribbon Cutting

Herbalife cuts the ribbon at a new $7 million research and development facility in Torrance, CA.
Nutrition supplement company Herbalife Nutrition has opened a $7 million research and development center on its Torrance, CA, manufacturing campus that will focus on sensory science and quality control to help develop new nutrition products.
Herbalife is a nutrition supplement maker with a global network of distributors for its products in more than 90 countries. The company posted nearly $5 billion in revenue last year.
In May, Herbalife’s president, Stephan Gratziani, became the new chief executive, succeeding longtime chief Michael Johnson, who is now executive chairman.

The new Torrance center is one of three research and testing labs Herbalife has in the United States. The company also has a lab in Lake Forest in Orange County, and the third is in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Herbalife also has six research and development centers outside the United States: three in China and one each in Brazil, India and the United Kingdom.
Advanced Analytical Tech 
Construction began in February on the 8,600-square foot research and development lab space on the same campus as one of Herbalife’s main manufacturing centers.
