Zija International Awarded As Utah’s #1 Growing Company

 
Zija International was recently named Utah’s #1 fastest-growing company by Utah Business Magazine. The award was part of the magazine’s annual “Fast 50” list, which ranks companies based on their percentage of growth year-over-year.
Zija was awarded during the Fast 50 luncheon held at the Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City, Utah; each company was awarded in reverse order from 50 to 1.
Ryan Palmer, Zija’s Vice President of Sales, accepted the award on Zija International’s behalf. He gave thanks for the award and credit to Zija’s amazing field Distributors and corporate employees.
He also expressed excitement about the future of Zija International, including the upcoming launch of the company’s two new divisions—Ripstix Fitness Supplements and Améo Essential Oils—as a step closer to Zija’s goal of becoming a billion-dollar brand and a legacy company in the network marketing industry.

4Life Indonesia launched two new products recently at an event that attracted 250 4Life distributors to the 4Life office in Jakarta. Now available in Indonesia are 4Life Transfer Factor GluCoach, marketed with the tagline “Let’s Get Balanced,” and 4Life Transfer Factor Belle Vie, marketed with the tagline “Be Healthy, Be Beautiful.”
The event was attended by Gold International Diamonds Dr. Eduard Hutabarat and Katharina Sihombing, Gold International Diamonds Mas Ryandi and Kenny Kanita, Gold International Diamonds Christin and Agus Soemarsono, and Gold International Diamonds Leo Gito Simbara Ujung and Desiree Hellene. ViSalus Founders Buy Back The Company From Blyth

ViSalus, Inc, the weight-loss and fitness company known for its mission of Challenging the World… 10 lbs. at a Time through the PROJECT 10TM Challenge, a personal health and lifestyle transformation platform, announced today that its Co-Founders and key stockholders have reached an agreement in principle to complete a transaction with Blyth, Inc. (NYSE: BTH) in which all shares of ViSalus redeemable convertible preferred stock will be exchanged for ViSalus common stock.
ViSalus’ Founders’, employees’ and early stockholders’ ownership of ViSalus will increase to 90%.
Blyth will continue to be an equity holder, retaining 10% of ViSalus common stock. The transaction will also eliminate ViSalus’ obligation to redeem approximately $143 million of its preferred stock, most of which is owed to the company’s three Co-Founders, as well as Blyth’s guarantee of that obligation.
