Herbalife Chairman And CEO Increases His Personal Share Holding In The Company

 
Global nutrition company, Herbalife (NYSE: HLF), today announced that Michael Johnson, Herbalife’s chairman and CEO, has engaged in a net exercise transaction involving 750,000 stock options that were granted to him in December 2004 and were due to expire in December 2014.
Because of his complete confidence in the continued and future success of the company, Mr. Johnson has decided that he will hold all the shares issued on exercise of the option, which will be the total amount, net of those necessary to cover the exercise price and any taxes related to the transaction.

ARIIX Team Leader, Omar Moreno, Takes First-Place In Body Building Competition

 
ARIIX, an international opportunity company that promotes healthy, toxin-free living, is pleased to announce ARIIX Team Leader Omar Moreno’s recent first-place finish in his division in the National Gym Association (NGA) Northern States Natural Body Building competition.

Heisman Trophy Winner Gets Serious About Isagenix

 
Johnny Rodgers has always been a pro at scoring big. This 63-year-old powerhouse has attained prestigious awards such as the 1972 Heisman Trophy and Nebraska’s “Player of the Century” by Sports Illustrated.
But aside from the titles and fame, today the former San Diego Chargers receiver is more focused on what he puts into his body and how it will affect him long term. Here is what he shared about his journey with Isagenix.
Q. Why did you decide to join Isagenix?
A. I heard about Isagenix a while back, but didn’t get the chance to really understand the product until Celebration in San Diego this year. I was blown away at the event! I’ve always been active and yet I learned so much about the health behind the products and how it positively affects my body in different ways, especially as I grow older.

4Life Launches 24th Market In Hamburg, Germany

 
Last weekend, 4Life opened the company’s twenty-fourth international market in Hamburg, Germany. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by 400 distributors and guests.
Vice President, Europe Rafael Fernández: “4Life Germany is in a strategic location to drive growth and support the field. This office offers great opportunities for our entrepreneurs to develop their businesses and relationships.”
The new office space is designed to provide meeting space for 4Life distributors throughout Hamburg and Germany at large. The 500-square-meter office includes six multi-purpose meeting rooms, a business library/computer lab, and two smaller rooms for individualized training.
“The new office will give a major boost to those taking the 4Life opportunity to people in the German market,” stated Vice President, International Preston Richards. “This office is a big leap forward in Europe and throughout the world.”
The capacity-plus crowd celebrated 4Life’s entry into the market with a recognition ceremony. Gold International Diamonds from Spain Carme Solà Xalabardé and Ángels Muñoz Estape were in attendance.
