Javier Alejandro Puts Army Special Ops Experience To Work For People’s Dreams

Javier Alejandro served the U.S. honorably for 20 years in special operations for the Army. That included more than 25 deployments and five years spent in Afghanistan during combat.

Rising Star Sumi Gurung Enjoys Success At QuiAri

According to a Mashable.com article, millennials living in India spend an average of over 52 hours a week working. That’s the highest in the world.
In big cities like Mumbai, some people spend up to 8 hours a day commuting to-and-from work, and India is the 4th most vacation-deprived country in the world.
QuiAri Rising Star Promoter, Sumi Gurung, from Delhi has felt the pressure to keep working long hours just to make ends meet. Before Network Marketing, she was in the Fashion Industry. She exported local Indian clothing to different countries all over the world but had very little free time to do anything else.
When Sumi had children, she needed flexibility at her job so she could be there for her kids.  She had no choice but to end her career to take care of the kids. Although this happened in India, Sumi recognizes this is a common problem in nearly every country.

Mannatech Q2 Revenue Down 17,7% To $35 Million

Mannatech, Incorporated (NASDAQ: MTEX), a global health and wellness company committed to transforming lives to make a better world, today announced financial results for its second quarter of 2022.
Second Quarter End Results
Second quarter net sales for 2022 were $35.0 million, a decrease of $7.5 million, or 17.7%, as compared to $42.5 million in the second quarter of 2021.
Our net sales declined 11.3% on a constant dollar basis (see Non-GAAP Measures, below) as foreign exchange decreased GAAP net sales by $2.7 million, mostly due to the decline of the Korean Won and Japanese Yen.
During the second quarter, logistics in Hong Kong improved, and we were better able to deliver products to our customers. However, during the quarter, supply chain constraints worldwide continued to impact our sales. We have experienced a shortage of an ingredient used in some core products, and we have begun to move forward with our manufacturing partners with an alternative.
Second quarter operating income for 2022 was $0.9 million as compared to $2.0 million for the second quarter of 2021.
Net income was $0.7 million, or $0.34 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2022, as compared to net income of $2.1 million, or $0.99 per diluted share,

Top Leader Mikko Jarrah from Finland Joins BE

Mikko had already been involved in network marketing for nearly three decades before joining BE. He said the first eight years were his most difficult because
“I couldn’t find a solid company with a product that truly impacted people’s lives. Eventually, it took a toll.
It affected my income and my ability to help others. Most of all, it affected my confidence in the industry.”
While success eluded him in networking, it came knocking elsewhere.
Over the years, he became a shareholder of 30 different companies in different industries. Life was good, and it seemed to be only getting better.
That was until the 2008 financial crisis when a couple of his companies went bankrupt. He had to take over hundreds of thousands of euros in loans to keep them afloat.
“When I was buried in debt, not knowing how to pay it off, the one industry in which I couldn’t find success for so many years was what gave me hope. Network marketing saved my life.”
Mikko recalled,

First Ever iGenius Event in the United Kingdom

On August 6th, 2022 the first ever iGenius event was held in London, England. With only a handful of iGenius distributors, and limited promotion, the event brought in over three hundred and fifty people and was a major success.
