The 7 Questions Everyone Asks Before Starting in Network Marketing (and the Core Truth Nobody Tells You)

By Stefano Orrù
The real doubt isn’t about the business – it’s about you
If you’ve ever asked yourself, “Is Network Marketing really for me?” or thought it might be a scam, relax – you’re in the right place. This article isn’t here to convince you, but to give you clarity.
Starting is easy. Getting stuck in doubt is even easier. The questions we ask ourselves before making a big decision are normal – in fact, they’re a sign of intelligence. The problem is when we stay stuck just because we haven’t figured out what’s really blocking us.
In Network Marketing, there are 7 classic questions everyone asks before getting started. We’re going to break them down one by one, with practical answers – no fluff, no hype – and one clear goal: helping you figure out if this path really fits you.
But at the end, I’ll share a core concept that will change the way you see all of this. Because often it’s not the question that blocks you… it’s the fear of changing how others see you. It’s called status quo, and it’s the real obstacle you’re up against.
Ready? Let’s dive in.
1. “What if I don’t have time?”
Fair question. We all live

Stop Waiting for the Perfect Year: Build the One You Want

By Todd Falcone
Every year, around this time, people start reflecting. They look back on what they did, what they didn’t do, what they meant to do, and what somehow slipped through the cracks. They make lists. They create visions. They talk about plans. They set intentions.
But here’s the truth most won’t say out loud…
A new year doesn’t change you. If you don’t change, nothing changes.
You don’t need another fresh start, another planner, another course, or another motivational quote to build momentum. What you need is a moment of brutal honesty with yourself. Because the reason most people repeat the same year…over and over, isn’t a lack of information. It’s the refusal to do the inner work and the daily work at the same time.
You can’t meditate your way out of a bad work ethic.
And you can’t outwork unresolved beliefs that say you’re not capable or worthy.
It takes both.
It always has.
The Search for the “External Fix”
In network marketing especially, I’ve watched people burn years searching for answers in all the wrong places.
They blame the company… so they join a new one.
They blame their upline… so they find another one.
They blame the comp plan… so they search for a “better” one.
They blame

Dr. Rewire to Speak at the Leader of Leaders Mastermind in Costa Rica, January 25–27

Dr. Rewire is not a motivational speaker. He is a performance strategist who works at the intersection of neuroscience and elite achievement.
On January 25–27, he will join fewer than thirty top network marketing leaders in Costa Rica for the Leader of Leaders Mastermind, where he will guide participants through the mental frameworks that separate good leaders from exceptional ones.
His client list includes CEOs, professional athletes, and direct sales leaders who have already reached the top but know there is another level. He has been featured on CBS, Fox, and Global News. His book, Chasing Success, is studied worldwide. What sets him apart is not his credentials but his approach. Dr. Rewire does not focus on temporary motivation. He focuses on neurological rewiring, the kind of mental shift that creates lasting behavioral change.
The Leader of Leaders Mastermind operates differently than most events. With a strict thirty-person cap, there are no crowds, no surface-level networking, and no wasted time.
Leaders like John and Nadya Melton return to these masterminds because the environment is built for depth. Every participant contributes. Every conversation matters. Dr. Rewire fits that standard perfectly. He is not coming to lecture. He is coming to help top leaders unlock the mental

The Silent Killer of Momentum in Network Marketing (And Why Most Companies Won’t Talk About It)

OPINION | By Todd Falcone, The Fearless Networker®
Let me get right to it.
People aren’t leaving your company because of the product.  They aren’t bailing because the product is no good or too expensive.
They’re not leaving because the comp plan pays a few bucks less than the one next door.  Most comp plans pay within relatively similar percentages points of each other.
And most of them aren’t even leaving because they “don’t want it bad enough.”  They signed up because they WANTED to win.  They DO want it.
They’re leaving because of one thing no one really wants to talk about:
Corporate misalignment with the field.
I’ve been in this profession for over 35 years. I’ve built big teams. Sold tens of millions in product. Trained top earners. Worked with company owners. Watched the inside of boardrooms and the grind of the field.  I’m not going to say I’ve seen it all…but I’ve seen and experienced most.
And the thing I’ve seen time and time again:
Momentum dies when corporate stops listening.
The Disconnect That’s Costing You Millions
Distributors are in the trenches every day.

They’re the ones doing the Zooms, answering late-night texts, running events, closing deals, onboarding people, keeping the morale and enthusiasm high.
When they give feedback and it

Stop Waiting to Feel Ready: Why Action Beats Preparation in Network Marketing

OPINION | By Todd Falcone, The Fearless Networker®
Let’s set the record straight.
If you’re sitting around waiting to feel ready before you start working your business — you’re going to be waiting a long time. Possibly forever.
The network marketing landscape is littered with talented, sharp, well-meaning people who never got off the ground because they were stuck in preparation mode.

They wanted to get everything “just right” before taking action.
So they tweaked their scripts, redesigned their logo, organized their desk, rewrote their goals — and sat. And stalled. And second-guessed.

And while they were getting ready… someone else — less skilled, less polished, less “prepared” — passed them up.
Readiness Is a Lie That Steals Time and Momentum
Here’s the truth: no one feels ready when they start.
Confidence doesn’t show up at the beginning — it’s earned through messy, uncomfortable and awkward action.

The people crushing it in this business aren’t “more ready” than you.
They just stopped waiting and started moving.
They made the calls before they knew exactly what to say or how to say it.

They showed up to events before they felt like leaders and attended them even when they felt like they couldn’t afford it.

They said yes to doing the work
