Melaleuca announced Thursday that the USA based company experienced a record-setting year in 2015 with annual sales revenues exceeding $1.33 billion.
Melaleuca has become one of America’s most consistent growth companies, having grown 40 percent in the last five years alone.
For the past 30 years, Melaleuca has experienced exceptional growth. For five consecutive years from 1991 through 1996, the company was listed in the Inc. 500, ranking as one of America’s fastest-growing companies.

Melaleuca Gives Employees Over $2 million In Bonuses

Sometimes it pays to be loyal. That’s what nearly 200 employees of one direct selling company learned this week.
Melaleuca gave away over $2 million dollars in loyalty and longevity bonuses to 197 employees.
The bonus is for all full and part time employees, regardless of position or pay level, the only qualification is the employees length of service to the company.
Employees received anywhere between $5,000 to $25,000 depending on how long they have worked at Melaleuca. The first check is given to employees once they have been with the company for five years.
Melaleuca CEO Frank Vandersloot says he believes that employees who have helped build the company should share the wealth, something that employees are grateful for.

Melaleuca CEO Frank L. Vandersloot, will receive the prestigious Horatio Alger award this weekend during a ceremony in the nation’s capitol.
The Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans, is a nonprofit educational organization honoring the achievements of outstanding individuals. The group also encourages youth to pursue their dreams through higher education. VanderSloot joins eleven other accomplished business and civic leaders from across North America in receiving the award this year.
Since its establishment in 1947, the Horatio Alger Award is annually bestowed upon renowned leaders who have succeeded despite facing adversity, and who are committed to philanthropy and higher education.
VanderSloot grew up on an 80-acre farm in northern Idaho. He took on a series of odd jobs as an adolescent, and saved his money to be able to pay his own way through college.

Melaleuca Company founder Frank Vandersloot shared how he grew his company into a billion dollar enterprise.
Vandersloot spoke at the Greater Idaho Falls Chamber of Commerce CEO Speaker series.
Melaleuca is based in Idaho Falls and is the largest manufacturer of packaged goods in the Northwest, focusing products on wellness.
The company is currently putting the finishing touches on a new headquarters just south of Idaho Falls.
Vandersloot says he’s excited to get everyone back under the same roof together.
“We are totally moved in right now. It was a process that took two weeks but one thing that I am really excited about, it took no longer than two hours for every employee. So every employee that moved which was like 1,700 folks, the most they were down was two hours a piece,” says Melaleuca founder, Frank Vandersloot.
Frank Vandersloot was just selected for the Horatio Alger Award for entrepreneur’s and the award recognizes spirit of free enterprise.
Past winners include Astronaut Buzz Aldrin, President Ronald Regan and country music legend Johnny Cash.

Melaleuca Rewards 150 Employees With $1.6 Million In Loyalty Bonuses

Celebrating your anniversary with Melaleuca is extremely rewarding. At least, that’s what 150 Melaleuca employees have to say now that their wallets are heavier.
They received $1,677,734.26 million in longevity bonuses at Tuesday’s annual employee meeting for having passed landmark anniversaries with the company.
Melaleuca’s loyalty and longevity bonus is available to all full- and part-time employees, regardless of position or pay level, and is simply based on length of service. The company pays $5,000 for a five-year anniversary, $10,000 for 10 years, $15,000 for 15 years, $33,361.55 ($20,000 net) for 20 years, $25,000 for 25 years and $30,000 for 30 years.
Jolene Hill, a product development operations manager, and Dauphne Lords, Idaho Falls store manager, each received $25,000 checks from Melaleuca CEO Frank VanderSloot at the event. Additionally, 14 employees walked away with $20,000 net checks, and 16 employees picked up $15,000 checks. Melaleuca also presented$10,000 checks to 72 employees and $5,000 checks to 46 employees.
