DALLAS, TX – Mary Kay Inc., a global direct sales leader in beauty and skincare innovation, has achieved ISO 22716 certification, the internationally recognized gold standard for cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), reinforcing the company’s unwavering commitment to product quality, safety, and consumer trust worldwide.
Key Data Points About Mary Kay’s Global Manufacturing:

Built on 26 acres of land, Mary Kay’s state-of-the-art, Silver LEED-certified Richard R. Rogers Manufacturing and R&D Center (R3) is located in Lewisville, Texas.
R3 is a $100+ million investment and is a 453,000-square-foot building.
R3 has the capability to produce up to 1 million units of product daily across its 21 packaging lines.
Nearly 60 percent of products manufactured at the facility are exported to international markets, supporting the company’s presence in more than 40 markets around the world.

Thousands Lace Up Across U.S. to “Run For Her” at 2025 Mary Kay Ash Foundation MK5K

Raising Funds to Empower and Protect Women Everywhere
DALLAS, TX – On Saturday, October 4th, the Mary Kay Ash Foundation® painted the town of Addison pink for the 21st Annual MK5K® event. The pink movement spread from coast to coast through Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultants who held their own fundraising events in communities and cities representing nearly every state and territory across the U.S.
Participants could run, walk, bike, or get creative to compete in the annual event that has raised over $250,000 for the Mary Kay Ash Foundation® with fundraising efforts running through October 31st.
The Foundation® raises and distributes funds to invest in breakthrough cancer research and clinical trials to find a cure for women-related cancers and also provides annual grants to nonprofits dedicated to ending domestic violence.

The DEC Network, in partnership with the Southern Methodist University’s (SMU) Cox School’s Spears Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership and Mary Kay Inc., hosted the Women of Innovation Summit on August 6, 2025, which took place with a “base camp” at SMU’s Cox School of Business.
With 47 basecamp sessions, 4 summits, 21 Community Events, and 300+ Speakers, 2025 DFW Startup Week organized by The DEC Network and Capital One is the nation’s second largest and most diverse startup event.
