LifeVantage Q3 Revenue Up 12.3% To $50.6 Million

LifeVantage Corporation (Nasdaq:LFVN) today reported financial results for its third quarter ended March 31, 2018.
Third Quarter Fiscal 2018 Summary:

Revenue increased 12.3% to $50.6 million year over year and 2.2% sequentially;
Revenue in the Americas increased 10.6% and revenue in Asia/Pacific & Europe increased 18.0% including a 10.1% increase in Japan, both on a year over year basis. On a sequential basis, all geographical regions generated growth, with the exception of Japan, which followed its typical seasonal pattern from the second to third quarter;
Active independent distributors stayed consistent and active preferred customers decreased 0.9% year over year and increased on a sequential basis 1.6% and 1.9%, respectively;
Adjusted EBITDA increased 109.8% year over year to $3.4 million;
Earnings per diluted share were $0.12, up from $0.00 in the prior year period; and
Adjusted earnings per diluted share were $0.12, up from $0.03 in the prior year period.

LifeVantage Opens Customer Program In 7 countries

LifeVantage (Nasdaq:LFVN) distributors now have the opportunity to sell the company’s products to customers in seven new markets as the result of a new Global Customer Program that recently launched.
LifeVantage is a Triple A classified opportunity by Business For Home.
Customers in five European countries – Austria, Belgium, France, Ireland, and Italy – and the Dominican Republic and New Zealand are now able to purchase LifeVantage products through the company’s field distributorship on a “not-for-resale” basis.
It’s all part of a new initiative that will allow LifeVantage to build a stronger global customer base and expand strategically.

LifeVantage Welcomes Taylor Worre As Director Of New Leader Experience

LifeVantage Corporation (Nasdaq:LFVN) today announced that it has recently welcomed Taylor Worre to serve as director of new leader experience.

Kimberly And Brody Koebensky Achieve To Elite Pro 7 At LifeVantage

4,500 Attendees At LifeVantage Elite Academy

When LifeVantage Corporation (Nasdaq:LFVN) CEO Darren Jensen took the stage to usher in the company’s Elite Academy in Indianapolis – widely considered the racing capital of the world – he appropriately used a speed metaphor to describe the company’s past and present and paint a picture for its future.

LifeVantage Introduces Products, Programs And Technology

LifeVantage Corporation (Nasdaq:LFVN) highlighted a host of significant events at its Elite Academy distributor convention in Indianapolis over the weekend.
LifeVantage recently launched Vitality StackTM Packets, a portable version of its successful Vitality StackTM product. The initial cyberlaunch was followed up at Elite Academy with a formal introduction to over 4,500 distributors with training to support the launch.
LifeVantage Chief Marketing Officer Ryan Goodwin commented,

LifeVantage Q2 Year 2018 Revenue Up 1.1% To $49.5 Million

LifeVantage Corporation (Nasdaq:LFVN) today reported financial results for its second quarter ended December 31, 2017.
Second Quarter Fiscal 2018 Summary:

Revenue increased 1.1% to $49.5 million year over year and 0.7% sequentially;

Revenue in the Americas decreased 1.9% while revenue in Asia/Pacific & Europe increased 11.0% including a 9.3% increase in Japan, both on a year over year basis. On a sequential basis, revenue in the Americas increased 2.0% while revenue in Asia/Pacific & Europe decreased 3.0%, including a 4.4% decrease in Japan;

Active independent distributors and active preferred customers decreased 1.6% and 2.7%, respectively, year over year and decreased on a sequential basis 1.6% and 0.9%, respectively;

Adjusted EBITDA decreased 5.0% year over year to $3.7 million while increasing 37.6% sequentially;

Earnings per diluted share were $0.02 and adjusted earnings per diluted share were $0.11; and

Completed first share repurchases under the Company’s $5.0 million shares repurchase program.
