DXN Recalling Products in Canada

 
Daehsan Canada Inc, the Canadian affiliate of Malaysian Direct Selling giant DXN Global is recalling it’s DXN brand of instant coffee products from the marketplace because they contain milk which is not declared on the label.
This recall was triggered by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency’s (CFIA) inspection activities. The CFIA is conducting a food safety investigation, which may lead to the recall of other products. If other high-risk products are recalled, the CFIA will notify the public through updated Food Recall Warnings.
Daehsan Canada has issued an announcement to the public to inform people with an allergy to milk to not consume the products. It has also asked distributors to not sell or use the recalled products.
The following products have been sold in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, and may have been sold in Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

Avon’s Fake ‘Takeover’ Shows Poor State Of Company

 
Avon is an iconic American company that has been around for nearly 130 years. But Avon is struggling. And there’s not enough makeup in the world to make it more attractive.
Things have gotten so bleak for Avon (AVP) that investors actually pushed the stock higher Thursday following a report of a takeover offer … that turned out to be fake. 
An entity calling itself PTG Capital filed a letter with the SEC claiming that it wanted to buy Avon for $18.75 a share — nearly triple what the stock was trading at on Wednesday. 
Shares surged as much as 20% shortly after news of the filing started to spread. But traders and financial reporters quickly poked holes in the “offer.”

QNET Convention draws 14,500 to Malaysia

ASEA Raises $30000 Towards Nepal Relief Efforts

 
The newly established ASEA Advancing Life Foundation has raised nearly $30000 towards relief efforts in Nepal. In a span of two weeks, approximately $20000 was raised through ASEA associates and an additional $10000 was donated by ASEA Corporate.

Youngevity Q1 2015 Revenues Increase To $36.8 million

 
Youngevity International, Inc. (OTCQX: YGYI) a global direct marketer of nutritional and lifestyle products and also a vertically-integrated producer of gourmet coffees for the commercial, retail and direct sales channels, today reported financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015.
 
First Quarter 2015 Highlights:

Net Revenue increased 39.4% over the prior year period to $36.8 million;
Gross Profit increased 28.1% to $20.3 million compared to the prior year period;
Adjusted EBITDA was $1.3 million, compared to $1.7 million in the prior year period;
Held annual convention with record attendance;
Entered into two acquisitions during the first quarter.

Infinitus China to Take 12700 People to Thailand

 
Direct selling company Infinitus China is set to organize a gigantic tour group of 12,700 people to Thailand, a move that will smash the record set by another Chinese firm which sent 6,400 of its employees on a grand vacation to France earlier this month.
Infinitus will book 110 flights and 400 coaches for the trip, which is estimated to bring to Thailand a tourism income of 600 million baht (US17.89 million), Apple Daily reported Thursday.
The firm, a mainland subsidiary of Hong Kong-based food giant Lee Kum Kee, is said to be arranging the six-day tour of Bangkok and Pattaya as part of a rewards scheme for its employees.
