Nature’s Sunshine Announces Closing Of Strategic Alliance With Fosun Pharma

 
Nature’s Sunshine Products, Inc. a leading natural health and wellness company engaged in the manufacture and direct selling of nutritional and personal care products, today announced the closing of its previously announced China joint venture with Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd. and private placement transaction of 2.854 million shares of common stock, representing approximately 15% of Nature’s Sunshine’s outstanding common shares, to Fosun Pharma at a price of $16.19 per share. Aggregate proceeds to Nature’s Sunshine were approximately $46.2 million.
“Our strategic alliance with Fosun Pharma is the first of its kind between a U.S. company and a Chinese company for direct selling products in China,” commented Gregory L. DubLi Leaves Auctions And Goes To Shopping Network: Increases Revenue

 
DubLi’s financial reportings for the yearly report shows an increase in revenue after leaving the auction program in fiscal 2013. They currently sell premium and V.I.P. member package susbscriptions to online customers. 
DubLi is a global network marketing organization with Business Associate representatives in dozens of countries throughout the world. Business Associates can offer a wide variety of products and services to their customers, many of whom are also recruited to become Business Associates themselves. Business Associates earn commissions on sales of products and services that they sell directly, and earn commissions on “downstream” sales of products and services made by Business Associates that they recruit into the marketing network.
Although revenue increased from $15 Million to just under $18 Million, their operations cost nearly tripled from $7 Million to $29 Million. 
Shares of stock have remained virtually the same over a 5 year period. DubLi remains a year behind on financial reporting.

Thirty-One Gifts’ Yearly Report: 8 Million Customers, 1 Million Parties, and $740 Million In Sales

 
Thirty-One Gifts Hosted 15,000 + of its sales force at an arena this week and celebrated a huge year. One of the company’s senior staff, Anthony McIntosh, reported that, in the past year, Thirty-One Gifts sales consultants hosted 1 million parties, served 8 million customers and reported $740 million in sales.

Synergy Reports Q2 Results: Up 28.5% to $32.5M

 
Synergy WorldWide has announced the steady growth and success reported in the second quarter of 2014. Several highlights from the company’s official Q2 statement are listed below:
 

Company net sales revenue increased 28.5 percent to $32.5 million, compared to $25.3 million in the second quarter of 2013. This marks the fourth consecutive record-setting sales quarter for the company. 
According to Synergy WorldWide, the success has been greatly driven by increased sales in South Korea and Japan. These markets are performing exceptionally well.
The increase in net sales revenue is primarily a result of re-engaged leadership, strong execution, and momentum stemming from both the Global Summit and the launch of Synergy’s SLMsmart weight-management system in Asia Pacific.
A key component of growth in South Korea was the continued adoption of the SLMsmart weight management program. As a result, Synergy’s weight management product category has grown from $0.7 million to $2.2 million, or from 2.7 percent to 6.8 percent of net sales.
Contribution margin increased 36.1 percent to $11.8 million, compared to $8.7 million in the second quarter of 2013, primarily as a result of increased net sales revenue.
