An accomplished financial strategist with nearly two decades of progressive leadership experience, Bailey brings a proven track record of driving operational excellence, financial discipline, and automation-led efficiencies.
Since joining IT WORKS! in 2019, Bailey has consistently demonstrated strategic foresight and operational rigor, most recently serving as Vice President of Tax. In this role, he successfully led the company’s global tax strategy and compliance efforts across a complex international footprint, while spearheading key automation initiatives that streamlined financial operations and enhanced scalability.
Throughout his career, Bailey has provided critical financial guidance to executive leadership, boards of directors, and ownership teams. His expertise in translating complex financial concepts into actionable business strategies has consistently delivered results, including the design and deployment of cutting-edge automation solutions.
