LR Health & Beauty SE lays foundation for positive future business performance with new financing structure. 

Company receives EUR 20 million of new capital and significantly reduces debt
Sustainable financing structure creates basis to implement targeted strategic measures to consistently drive LR’s success story

LR Health & Beauty SE, Europe’s leading social commerce company for high-quality nutritional supplements and beauty products, has today taken an important step to realign its financing structure. An agreement was reached with significant investors in the Company concerning a comprehensive restructuring of its 2024/2028 Bond (ISIN: NO0013149658) (the “Bond”) and the Company’s capital structure. This agreement provides for an aggregate injection of fresh capital of EUR 20 million. At the same time, the Company’s debt structure is being significantly reduced and restructured.

Zinzino Publishes Preliminary January 2026 Sales Report

Zinzino group revenue increased with a total of 20%, compared with the previous year.
Gothenburg, Sweden – Zinzino AB (publ) (ZZ-B.ST), a leading global direct selling company, reports that the revenue in January for Zinzino’s sales markets increased by 20% and amounted to SEK 274.1 (229.2) million.
Faun Pharma’s external sales increased and amounted to SEK 7.1 (4.7) million.
Overall, the Group increased revenues by 20% to SEK 281.2 (233.9) million compared with the previous year.

Seldia’s European Direct Selling Conference Attended By 200

 
The European Direct Selling Association, Seldia recently held its 5th annual European Direct Selling Conference in Brussels. The theme of the conference was “Direct Selling, an OMNI channel of distribution”.
The conference was attended by a record 200 participants from Europe, USA, Russia, Kazakhstan, South America, as well as an important official Chinese delegation interested to learn more about the direct selling regulations in Europe.
In parallel, over 20 Service Provider companies exhibited their products and services to the participants, adding a professional dimension to the conference.  The one day program featured two panels and four workshops.
In his opening speech Seldia Chairman and CEO of Oriflame Magnus Brännström highlighted the constant growth of the industry and noted that according to an independent external survey, Seldia was perceived as a reputed and credible organization in Brussels.

34% British Have Bought Through Direct Selling

 

New figures have revealed that direct selling is thriving in the UK, with over a third of the UK population (34%) having chosen to buy products through this method, including via parties, catalogues or face-to-face.
The research, from the Direct Selling Association (DSA), the trade body for the industry, and YouGov, also found that 7% of people in the UK have worked as direct sellers.  The figures reflect the industry’s growth in popularity in the UK, with DSA figures showing 400,000 people now make money as direct sellers – more than any other type of part time work in the country.
Direct selling includes products bought from a catalogue delivered by direct sellers (such as cosmetics), products bought in a group party environment (like kitchen equipment or jewellery), products demonstrated in a customers’ home
