Melissa Buyse, a proud mother of three from Belgium, is a dedicated GOVVI influencer with over 20 years of experience as a traditional business owner and four years in e-commerce. Throughout her journey, she’s combined her love for family with a passion for empowering women, building a life centered around helping others succeed. Her story is one of dedication, resilience, and inspiration.
Background
Melissa’s entrepreneurial spirit began early, building a traditional business in Belgium with her husband. Over the years, their hard work earned them the “Best of Belgium” award. “That recognition from our clients meant everything to us after more than 20 years of dedication,” Melissa reflects.
But beyond business success, Melissa is most proud of her three boys, aged 15, 16, and 17, who have grown into independent young men. Balancing motherhood, business, and being a certified sports coach wasn’t easy. “The biggest challenge was keeping all the balls in the air… I had to learn to say NO and focus on what made me happy,” she shares.
Why GOVVI?

Damsel In Defense: Empowering Women With Safety & Success

Damsel in Defense, a direct selling company specializing in fashionable personal safety products for women was featured in Pennsylania newspaper The Intelligencer.
The half-dozen women gathered at Got Wine? in Bristol on Saturday weren’t there for the refreshments. They were there for empowerment. That empowerment came in colors like pink, teal and purple — and carried a 7.5-million volt punch.
In front of the group was Dana Ebel, a consultant with Damsel in Defense, a direct seller of personal safety products, such as pepper spray and stun guns, all geared toward women.
“There’s something for everyone,” said Ebel.
For Ebel, being involved in the organization has not only brought financial success, but her own sense of empowerment.
“They have a very powerful mission,” Ebel said.

Anna Woodward Shifts Focus from Music To MLM And Empowers Women To Succeed

Anna Woodward’s life once centered around music—more precisely, classical flute—leading a private music studio and teaching as an adjunct professor at Seattle Pacific University in the U.S. But professional careers in the arts seldom add up to executive level incomes, so this classical flautist stepped into the world of direct selling eight years ago to earn her financial success. But Woodward found far more.
“I was attracted to the idea of working with others and empowering women with a solid business opportunity that they could use to succeed by giving a consistent part-time effort and by following a simple, duplicatible system for success,” Woodward says.
The way Woodward looks at it, she gives people real choices and long-term opportunities just like the many female direct selling leaders did before her. They too were mothers and wives.
“They led the way for others like myself to build a lifestyle and a career where women can truly have it all! I am grateful for the privilege of mentoring others, changing lives and building relationships with an amazing company like Nerium International,” she says.
As a 5 Star National Marketing Director, Woodward remains impressed with the unprecedented value Nerium offers Brand Partners with the free, Nerium
