Direct sales giant Amway has tapped an executive from Pizza Hut to serve as its next CEO.
Milind Pant, who lives in Dallas, Texas, and most recently served as president of Pizza Hut International, takes over the position on Jan. 2.
In a news release, Amway said the position is a first for the company. Previously, Steve Van Andel and Doug DeVos served as co-CEOs. Both men will now serve as co-chairs of the company’s board of directors.
Pant will oversee “overall management and leadership” of the business, which was started in 1959 by Jay Van Andel and Rich DeVos.
Amway, the world’s largest direct selling company, today announced Milind Pant as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Pant joins Amway from Yum! Brands where he was recently president of Pizza Hut International. Mr. Pant will report directly to and hold a seat on Amway’s Board of Directors effective January 2, 2019. This is a new position for Amway, a business that has been family run since its beginning in 1959.

Arbonne International, LLC (Arbonne) has introduced a new Chief Executive Officer, Jean-David Schwartz.
Former CEO Kay Zanotti decided to retire after nine years, to spend more time with her family. During her tenure, Zanotti led Arbonne through some of its most successful years since the company was founded in 1980.
Schwartz comes to Arbonne from parent company Groupe Rocher, which acquired Arbonne in March of 2018. Schwartz is a seasoned direct selling executive who brings more than 15 years of experience in the industry, most recently as the CEO of Yves Rocher North America.

Reliv International Inc. (NASDAQ:RELV) on Wednesday named Ryan Montgomery as its new CEO. The move is effective immediately.
Based in Chesterfield, USA, Reliv is a maker of nutritional supplements that promotes health.
Ryan’s father, Robert Montgomery, Reliv’s current CEO, will continue to serve as Chairman of Reliv’s board. In his new position, Ryan Montgomery will manage the overall operations of Reliv and set the future strategy for the company.

Write It Down:
Whether your goal is to lose 25 pounds or make $100,000 a year — by writing down your goals you’re saying “no” to unnecessary distractions and “yes” to focusing on what matters most. Setting clear, measurable goals will help you see your way forward. Writing down your goals and posting them where you can see them every day becomes motivation for you to reach the end.
Be Specific:
Just writing down, “I want to lose weight,” is not specific enough — but committing to losing 10 pounds over 30 days gives you a clear and realistic objective to work toward. Clear objectives will also make it easier to see pitfalls in your plan and will help you recognize the right choices from the wrong ones. If my goal is to lose 25 pounds in three months, eating a donut a day may
