Plexus Worldwide has appointed Gene Tipps to be the health and wellness company’s new Chief Executive Officer, effective October 3, 2022. Founders Tarl Robinson and Alec Clark will shift into new roles with the launch of a new strategic council.
Robinson transitioned from his role as CEO at the end of September while Clark will remain on until early 2023, ensuring a smooth changeover.
Tipps joined Plexus® in 2018 as Chief Operating Officer. He was the driving force behind the delivery of over 30 new products and expanded Plexus Worldwide’s reach into new and emerging markets.
Last year, Tipps was promoted to President of Global Operations, overseeing all areas of the company’s operations and information technology at both domestic and international levels. He has played a central role in the development and evolution of Plexus during the last four years and helped the company navigate a global pandemic during one of the most challenging times for supply chain and operations in recent history.

VanderSloot has served as Melaleuca CEO since he founded the company in September 1985 with just seven employees and eight products. Since then, he has led the development of the company’s innovative product line, guided its growth to become a global enterprise that generates over $2 billion in annual revenue, and transformed it into one of the largest online retailers in America.

One of the latter was Carlos Arteseros, taking on the role of Chief Executive Officer of the company.
Carlos Arteseros, from Madrid, Spain, has build his professional career in the development of management systems and risk analysis in a broad spectre of business areas.
This brought him into contact with network marketing organisations 17 years ago, where he would evaluate the systems both from an administrative point of view and the side of business developers.
“My first contact with the industry was in 2004 with the company Avon, where we implemented a management optimisation system.
From then, we have supported companies such as Mary Kay, Natura, Sri, among others, over the last few years.

Amway Appoints Milind Pant As New CEO

Direct sales giant Amway has tapped an executive from Pizza Hut to serve as its next CEO.
Milind Pant, who lives in Dallas, Texas, and most recently served as president of Pizza Hut International, takes over the position on Jan. 2.
In a news release, Amway said the position is a first for the company. Previously, Steve Van Andel and Doug DeVos served as co-CEOs. Both men will now serve as co-chairs of the company’s board of directors.
Pant will oversee “overall management and leadership” of the business, which was started in 1959 by Jay Van Andel and Rich DeVos.
Amway, the world’s largest direct selling company, today announced Milind Pant as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Pant joins Amway from Yum! Brands where he was recently president of Pizza Hut International. Mr. Pant will report directly to and hold a seat on Amway’s Board of Directors effective January 2, 2019. This is a new position for Amway, a business that has been family run since its beginning in 1959.

Former CEO Kay Zanotti decided to retire after nine years, to spend more time with her family. During her tenure, Zanotti led Arbonne through some of its most successful years since the company was founded in 1980.
