LifeVantage Launches In Thailand

 
LifeVantage Corporation (Nasdaq:LFVN), has announced the expansion of its its direct selling business into Thailand.
The company has opened an office in the city of Bangkok to support this new market. The facility is designed to provide a central location where Distributors can host business-building meetings, conduct training, and host events.
The office also allows for a more expedited process for purchasing and receiving LifeVantage products.

4Life distributors and executives gathered in Quito, Ecuador recently for a new office inauguration and ribbon cutting ceremony.
The event included a dedication speech by Gold International Diamonds Esthela Carpio Rodas and Galo Celi. 4Life’s sixteenth international market also has an office in Guayaquil to support distributor efforts in the field.

CVSL Funds And Closes Acquisition Of Kleeneze

 
CVSL Inc. [NYSE MKT: CVSL] announced today that it has successfully funded and closed its previously-announced acquisition of Kleeneze, one of the UK’s longest-operating, largest and best-known direct-to-consumer businesses. With the addition of Kleeneze, CVSL’s business portfolio expands to nine companies.
The most recently reported revenue of Kleeneze and CVSL combines for over $180 million.
