Irvine, California – Arbonne employees are celebrating the grand opening of its new headquarters this month in Irvine, California. The new offices feature open workspaces and conference rooms that inspire collaboration and connection. The building that houses the office space aligns with the company’s mission and sustainability goals. The new location in Newport Gateway, a certified LEED® Platinum & ENERGY STAR® building, is in beautiful alignment with its mission of leading with purpose and its sustainability goals.
Arbonne’s new office in the 14-story granite-and glass tower features 360-degree views of coastal California’s natural beauty. Arbonne’s Global Training Conference Features Groundbreaking Product Launches

Celebrating 45 Years of Innovation and Community
Arbonne International, LLC, a leader in plant-powered wellness and personal care products, hosted its Annual Global Training Conference (GTC) at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, celebrating 45 years of community, innovation, and purpose-driven growth.
The multi-day event welcomed thousands of Independent Consultants from across the globe to learn, connect, and align under the 2025 theme: “Be the Difference.”

Arbonne International Announces New CEO Jen Orlando

Arbonne International, a Delaware public benefit company and a global leader in personal care, nutrition, beauty, and wellness products, announces that Jen Orlando has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer. The announcement follows organizational changes at its parent company, Groupe Rocher.
Her focus will be to continue to strengthen the corporate office and sales field partnership through technology innovation, enhanced communication and increased entrepreneurial education opportunities.

Arbonne Close To $600 Million In Sales For 2017

In a recent interview in Haute Living,  CEO Kay Zanotti disclosed an annual revenue of close to $600 million. Recently Arbonne International was acquired by Groupe Rocher.
In 2010, you turned around the fortune of Arbonne International. What was your strategy?
“While we were preparing to go through the financial restructuring, I had the challenging task of building trust with our Arbonne independent sales force, who were acutely aware of the need for the bankruptcy.
We were able to get through the bankruptcy in 37 days, which helped build their belief back, as well as that of our 800 plus employees.
We then set about building our five-year strategy, which gave us the glide path to our sustainable business growth, which is now approximately a nearly $600 million-dollar business in seven countries.
 
Today, Arbonne has a sales force that is almost 100 percent female and management that is half female. How much time did it take you to build such a team and what does it mean for the business?
