Healthy Home Company Buys OneBode

American Green (OTC: ERBB) announced today that it has sold all of the assets of its wholly owned subsidiaries OneBode Holdings LLC and OneBode Ventures LLC for $3,500,000 to the Healthy Home Company and OneBode founders Sean and Tylene Loomer. OneBode was acquired by American Green in June of 2013.
The sales price reflects the value created in OneBode over the past year and locks in a solid rate of return for American Green shareholders. Simultaneously it will free both time and operating capital for American Green to focus on its other divisions as it expands and utilizes the offices formerly occupied by OneBode.
“Healthy Home is a rapidly growing business with a unique sales model that doesn’t require physical locations or cyber marketing. Rewarding people for telling others about their products is the oldest and most powerful form of advertising.
This model is perfectly suited to get the OneBode products to the people that need them,” comments Stephen Shearin, American Green President. “This is absolutely the best outcome for all parties involved and while we’ll miss the OneBode team and its enthusiasm, this will enable them to flourish in an organization perfectly suited to their endeavors.”
“Last year, when we were

Thirty-One Gifts Host 15,000 Attendees At Their Convention

Unicorns, confetti — and three-quarters of a billion dollars in sales in the past year.
Columbus-based direct-sales powerhouse Thirty-One Gifts brought 15,000 members of its independent sales force together yesterday at Nationwide Arena with the fervor of a rock concert to celebrate a banner year and introduce products.
It served as the opening session of the company’s national conference that continues through Sunday.
Cindy Monroe, the company’s founder, president and CEO, fed the frenzy, strolling onto the stage and declaring “We’re all really passionate — and we love to hug,” drawing a roar.
Clearly, the sales force is likewise enthusiastic about its products: personalized bags and home decor, mostly sold through in-home parties. Thirty-One Gifts sales consultants held 1 million parties, served 8 million customers and reported $740 million in sales, senior staff member Anthony McIntosh told the crowd.
While the top sales consultant averaged $11,664 per month and the company’s top sales team sold $2.4 million of merchandise, the typical house party sells $600 worth of merchandise, and the average item sells for $25, “which means we sell a lot of bags,” spokeswoman Sara West said.
The numbers made Thirty-One Gifts the 17th-largest direct-sales company in the world, according to Direct Sales magazine. Sales during the past four

Visalus’ Peter Bunting Talks About Mentorship

In 2005 Vi 2-Star Ambassador Peter Bunting was at the wrong place at the right time.
Wrong place because bankruptcy was looming over his shoulder, and right time because Vi was taking its first steps as a company.
“I was coaching soccer in San Diego,” Peter says. “I would take any job so I could make some money and still have time to train and play.”
But reality set in. “I had a lot of credit card debt and was three months away from filing for bankruptcy,” he says. Peter needed to act fast to get back on his feet, and Vi was an opportunity he couldn’t pass up.
“I had never seen anything like Vi. I was an elite-level athlete and knew what it took to be successful,” he says.
But achieving his goals required strategy, discipline and sacrifices. “I wouldn’t be successful Challenging others without my soccer experience. It was training for Vi.”
It Started with Mentorship
“I tried going back into the corporate world, but I knew that I would reach a ceiling and somebody else was going to benefit more than me,” he says. “And I didn’t want that.”
Peter’s good friend mentioned The Challenge and put him in touch with Vi Co-Founder and

Anna Woodward Shifts Focus from Music To MLM And Empowers Women To Succeed

Anna Woodward’s life once centered around music—more precisely, classical flute—leading a private music studio and teaching as an adjunct professor at Seattle Pacific University in the U.S. But professional careers in the arts seldom add up to executive level incomes, so this classical flautist stepped into the world of direct selling eight years ago to earn her financial success. But Woodward found far more.
“I was attracted to the idea of working with others and empowering women with a solid business opportunity that they could use to succeed by giving a consistent part-time effort and by following a simple, duplicatible system for success,” Woodward says.
The way Woodward looks at it, she gives people real choices and long-term opportunities just like the many female direct selling leaders did before her. They too were mothers and wives.
“They led the way for others like myself to build a lifestyle and a career where women can truly have it all! I am grateful for the privilege of mentoring others, changing lives and building relationships with an amazing company like Nerium International,” she says.
As a 5 Star National Marketing Director, Woodward remains impressed with the unprecedented value Nerium offers Brand Partners with the free, Nerium

LegalShield Associate Charged With Murder

Detectives wearing hazmat suits removed bags of evidence and a refrigerator from the suburban Milwaukee apartment of a man arrested in connection with two suitcases found stuffed with the remains of two women.
Prosecutors have not yet charged the 52-year-old security officer, identified by theMilwaukee Journal Sentinel as Steven M. Zelich. Investigators searched his West Allis home Wednesday.
Highway workers discovered the suitcases June 5 on a rural highway in the Town of Geneva, about 50 miles southwest of Milwaukee.
Police have identified one of the women found in the suitcases as 37-year-old Laura Simonson who was reported missing in November. Her father, Richard Wierson, tells the Sentinel that the Farmington, Minn., woman struggled with mental illness and that he has cared for her seven children since 2010.
The paper reports Zelich is an independent LegalShield, which offers legal advice. He is also a licensed private security officer.
After Simonson was reported missing, an ad was placed on a site called SecondCityClassifieds.com that claimed she was mentally disabled and had been abused, tortured and enslaved by Zelich, according to the Sentinel. The ad provided a cellphone number for Zelich which matched the contact number on the LegalShield website, and an email address for him that appears on an
