First quarter net sales for 2016 were $40.7 million, a decrease of $3.7 million or 8.3% as compared to $44.4 million in the first quarter of 2015.
Our net sales declined 3.6% on a constant dollar basis (see Non-GAAP Financial Measures, below); unfavorable foreign exchange caused a $2.1 million decline in GAAP net sales as compared to the same period in 2015.
