An introduction to debt finance for small business operators

By Adam Pescod on Small Business UK – Advice and Ideas for UK Small Businesses and SMEs
Debt finance is one of the most popular funding options available to small firms in the UK. Unlike equity finance, which entails giving away a share of your business in return for investment, debt finance involves borrowing money to either start or grow a company.

Live Events Are Back—And They’re Still The Fastest Way To Build In Direct Sales

Live events give your team a place to plug in, grow, and duplicate.
When you bring people into that environment, they don’t just hear information—they catch belief.
And belief is what makes people stay.
If You’re Smart, You’re Not Just Attending Events… You’re Building to Them
The top leaders I’ve worked with didn’t just show up to events.
They built to them.
They treated events like launchpads, not just dates on a calendar.
They used them to:

Recognize new teammates

Launch new products

Fire up momentum going into the next
