LifeVantage Q1 Sales Up 13.2% To $55.6 Million

LifeVantage Corporation (Nasdaq: LFVN) today reported financial results for its first quarter ended September 30, 2018.
First Quarter Fiscal 2019 Summary:

Revenue increased 13.2% to $55.6 million year over year and 2.9% sequentially;

Revenue in the Americas increased 13.6% year over year and 1.4% sequentially. Revenue in Asia/Pacific & Europe increased 12.1% year over year and 7.5% sequentially;

Active independent distributors increased 4.8% and active customers increased 9.2% year over year;

Adjusted EBITDA increased 22.5% year over year to $3.3 million;

Earnings per diluted share were $0.06, consistent with the prior year period;

Adjusted earnings per diluted share were $0.07, consistent with the prior year period; and

Raising fiscal 2019 revenue guidance to a range of $215 million to $225 million.

* All year over year growth rates compare the first quarter of fiscal 2019 to the first quarter of fiscal 2018. All sequential growth rates compare the first quarter of fiscal 2019 to the fourth quarter of fiscal 2018.

Was Valentus your first company?
Andrea was introduced to Network Marketing with another company for a short time before Valentus. It is Brett’s first company. Andrea joined Brett when she discovered it was a great opportunity that was hard to ignore. It combines the health industry and the coffee industry.
Who told you about Valentus?
Good friends of ours who are successful, traditional, business owners introduced us to Valentus. We trusted that if they were a part of the company, it had to be a great opportunity.
What made you join?
We realized that we had a chance here to help so many of our friends and family, including ourselves, get on a path to healthier living. We live in a small community in rural Manitoba, Canada and our brick and mortar business grew faster than we could handle. We were forced to close our retail store and Brett was working long hours away from home. NASCAR Driver Gray Gaulding Unveils Partnership With PURE

Gray Gaulding, NASCAR Driver and PURE Independent Business Owner (IBO), announced today his plans for the 2019 season and partnership with PURE: People United Reaching Everyone at a press conference on Friday, November 2, 2018 at Texas Motor Speedway.
Today, Gray Gaulding, SMG (Standout Management Group, Inc.) driver, unveiled the Number 08 Chevrolet Camaro at Victory Lane at Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth, TX. The car will compete for wins in the 2019 NASCAR Xfinity series.
PURE will join the Number 08 Chevrolet team for the entire Xfinity season and select Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series races throughout 2019, debuting at the Daytona 300 next February.
“I’m extremely excited to represent the PURE brand both on and off the track each week, in addition to improving my health and performance by using their products,” said Gray Gaulding.
